"and statins are dangerous in an overdose situation , and so is aspirin, paracetomol and ALL of the proprietary drugs on sale which dont do much but are basically dangerous when overdosed"

Very true.

Let's compare dangerous doses shall we...

Chloroquine - 2gm.

Statins -
Paracetamol -
Aspirin -

Over to you. What is the overdose amounts for the three you identify?

and statins are dangerous in an overdose situation , and so is aspirin, paracetomol and ALL of the proprietary drugs on sale which dont do much but are basically dangerous when overdosed.Funny how there is no press comment on this, just some nut case Yank who got ill when he used fish cleaner to protect against the virus.

But chloroquine works.

You couldnt make it up.

Never trust a scientist they cannot do simple linear programming and projection of variable based data.. they are useless..and profoundly dishonest
Trump has surrounded the useless American female with economists who are educating her in basic data usage....fast

But as you say xxxxy..the NHS is a religion and so is modern science.profoundly dangerous and unscientific.

There talks a lady with £100 invested in shares.

The real reason for shares is a cash flow. If your cash flow from shares is only £1.50pa i can understand why you concentrate (like most) on capital gains.

Why do investors bang on about dividends.
We invest in shares and take the risks in the hope of bigger gains.

Moaners should invest in National Savings and get a safe 0.75 income, capital guaranteed.

When we lose, we lose. Get over it.

Just to add Chloroquine is a safe drug but dangerous in an overdose situation. It will need testing because it was not specically designed to be given to people with lung complications as with Covid

A comment on expiry dates fwiw.

Expiry dates for medicines vary - eg recently bought Ventolin 9/21. However, the injectable inactivated influenza vaccine has a standard expiration date of June 30 for the Northern Hemisphere influenza season. The new year for flu vaccines starts on July 1 each year. Can be important for production and inventory.

(I think from memory that this was an issue some years back with purchases from GSK & Roche ????)

What’s happened to the share price, it appears to have fallen off a cliff, have they cancelled the div?
Oh no, it must be in anticipation as this will be at 28p if they did. Feel sorry for the sap on Thursday buying in at 38p.
