Residents have been queuing for bottled water after thousands of homes were left without supplies on Friday evening due to a faulty valve.

At its peak about 12,000 properties in Leighton Buzzard, Toddington, Hockliffe and surrounding areas were affected.



Ha ha ha ha. Fools. Expect more mayhem. What a circus this will be and I am going to enjoy the pain of the Little Englanders. Every minute of it.

Lloyd's have just paid off more than 50% of their mcap in PPI privision & are looking to build on a 6% yield, providing there are no more skeletons in the closet & Europe can avoid an imminent collapse I'd suggest Lloyds is only going in one direction,Rather than telling folk to give it a rest I'm sure wed all be interested to hear if your going for a wee or a poo if you can't decide get off the pot :)

freddie - how much time do you need for it to evolve? Weeks, months or years?

While you contemplate the answer next week may well be a key moment as Christmas and the New Year approaches; the time to take profits and perhaps open bearish positions depending upon your views on 2020.

Hundreds of words - still nobody knows what Brexit will mean.

It would be amusing if not so sad.

Need further patience and be ready to either go long or short for the very few posters who actually are interested in investing.

mitchy : Skimmed your posts ref first thing Friday morning! Manipulation still rules ok! Prior to market had anticipated a 5 % 'Boris Bounce' . Didn't see your 73p . Had my finger hovering ..but locked out until 08.05rs ! Then on seeing 69p'ish ..i.e a 13.5 % uplift (!) my the MMs ..that was it for me ..Gone at 08.06.49 for 68.67 having bought in on 5/12 at 61.5. Didn't have the courage to short .Just turned my m/c off and walked away.

As to the future ??? Trading between 63 and 67p is my guess. New Year drift could take it lower before the Finals .

What time are they expected to release the results? Could be a case of dropping first thing due to the leak and then quick recovery when pass result is released.
