I must admit to having been almost seduced by LibDems but it still sticks in my craw that they got into bed with the Conservatives and invented AUSTERITY.

I don't know who is going to win the election. My preference would be a Labour/Liberal coalition.

Sorry. :(

Election statement on behalf of all reasonable Brits:-

If Brexit were a cancer, just what would be the answer?
If Brexit is a cancer, Then what is the cure?
Boris Johnson is the answer, to all Bexit cancers,
Boris Johnson is the answer, Kick him out for sure.
And what of Boris's promise of a "Do or Die" cure?
Just look in his famous ditch - it's full of his manure!

you're dead on about poverty graham...the whole problem is that the sociologists hijacked the term in the sixties, when absolute poverty had all but been eliminated in the UK.So, doing what good sociologist mindbenders, do they invented the concept of relative poverty which is,basically, anything you want it to be. So they keep their professorial chairs while the GBP are subject to the demented ravings of the lefties for the next 50 years.

and I do want foreigners to interfere in the election they could do a lot better and what about Gina?

Plain speaking, from whatever source,is absolutely necessary.

"John Bercow was widely tipped to enter the showbiz jungle after leaving the political bearpit of the House of Commons.

But the retiring Speaker scuppered his chances of being on I’m A Celebrity… by allegedly demanding a £1million fee.

News of his sky-high expectations came after he called last “order” on his 10-year role yesterday.

An ITV insider last night confirmed talks had taken place with Mr Bercow but had broken down over the fee.

And a source said: “John has priced himself out of the market by asking for £1million, far more than anyone’s ever been paid on the show."

What can you say, I mean what can you say.

Ignore grahamite, he is completely out to lunch.

He has an unsurpassed sense of self-entitlement brought about by doing very little it seems.

I don't believe the people sleeping in the doorway of the former BHS stores throughout our Towns & City's have "the latest phone, a 50" TV, two holidays a year and a motor car".

Do you graham ??

Less than $1.90 a day really is poverty. Someone should tell the Rowntree Trust and the rest of the idiots who think poverty is not having the latest phone, not having a 50" TV, not having two holidays a year, not having a motor car.

Need to buy more child body bags or create greater space for children in the morgue. If we sign a deal with the US and leave the EU you can pretty much guarantee that drug pricing is going to increase and some medicines, like some already, will be struck off the NHS list.

Think about that when you vote.

I will be able to sleep at night with a clean conscience. Not sure about others, that is if they ever had one.

"If you add labour and lib votes as one automatically you have a popular vote but these two, independent, they don't win elections."

Yes, absolutely right.

But I am not the one making accusations like you that Trump and Boris carry the support of the majority of the electorate. That is obviously not true or not proven!

Clearly Corbyn thinks he CAN fool all the people all the time Alp - I don't ever recall seeing or hearing such a level of duplicity as that which issued from Corbyn's mouth yesterday.

Radio 2 news (5 o'clock on my way home) had interviews with 3 people in Carlisle (I think it was) who are all Labour - 2 seemed to think Corbyn is great and they would vote for him irrespective of the local candidate and the third was very unsure.
