U.K. lawyers with lucrative careers in EU law are fighting to save their jobs after the bloc’s top courts warned that a no-deal Brexit would forbid them from representing clients there.

"Now you know why they're so keen to remain in the EU!"

"A French submarine, the Minerve, that has been missing for more than 50 years has been located by a search team."

Can this be true! Could it have been named after the renowned Troll? And there was I thinking that he was a mere 7 years old - respect.

Thought I'd add a bit of quality to today's 'debate'.

Gina Miller will most likely win the case IMO. She is a very clever and motivated person. She wouldn't contest an issue without serious consultation and a great degree of thought and consideration. Emotion does not rule her actions.

"leavers look to the facts of the situation."

How about looking at the fact then that the £ has weakened 15% since the referendum.

Does that show confidence in the country?

Answer: No, it doesn't.

The only people talking about armageddon are remainers, leavers look to the facts of the situation.

There is a deal at the end of October already in existence, however, no doubt it can be improved.

this battle of the Somme argument that clueless Brexiteers adopt.
'we may suffer hardship but the EU.will suffer more'.

Thats ok then is it?

after tens of thousands young soldiers died in a pointless push at the Somme in 1916, some argued that the Germans had suffered just as badly.

ok, thats alright then, say the Brexiteers.
we go hungry, but some of them starve.
we win.

Shy Tott, be fair, careful has at least admitted that Gina Miller's latest potty scheme is just that, quite potty.

I think Trump would know how to respond to la Miller.

You snide remoaners try very hard to be bullies, but you don't even have the intellectual capacity to do that. Like all would be bullies, a swipe back has them running scared, unable and unwilling to answer questions which have already shown them up, no answer required.

If you're so great at investing alp, why are you still working?

"We might catch a cold, but some of the €U countries are going to catch pneumonia"

I'd rather not catch anything.

Here is an idea: Go to your bathroom, look at yourself in the mirror, and then punch yourself in the face.

Why not? You seem to like the idea of self-induced pain.

"The manifesto was forgotten 5 minutes after May walked into No10."

Well, it shouldn't be the case should it.

Not for any party. There should be some regulation/procedure to limit change or allow challenge. I know it wouldn't be easy but this 'free-for-all' is ridiculous.

It is our money Boris is going to waste.

Careful, instead of waffle, why not just say 'I got it wrong'. Unless you're one of those like Alp who can never actually see that they get things wrong occasionally so the thought and acceptance of being incorrect is impossible.
