Wouldn't expect Boris or any other Minister to read through 1246 pages. They'd delegate it down to trusted people to throw up gremlins and traps.

EU knew full well that handing over a document that long they could sneak in some weasel clauses, which is just one of the many reasons why we're best out....can't be trusted.

China trades everywhere because they produce according to the regulatory environment they want to sell to i.e. into EU all product carries CE if required, into US all product carries NSF, UL, etc. as required and for example WRAS into the UK
