Personally I think the effects of Brexit are going to be so masked by the effects of Covid the only thing we will be able to say afterward is it might have been different. At 4pm Borris said something that few will have picked up on. He used the phrase "if at all possible" this was in reference to his desire not to institute another lockdown. Previously he had stated that there would not be another national lockdown.
