loganair post 12134>> Yes the so called debt magic roundabout intended to create manufacturing jobs.

UK consumers personal debt mostly creates jobs abroad

Govt encouragement to spend spend spend makes it harder to pay the rent = landlords withdrawing from BTL and shortage of homes to rent.

No, just a bit bored this morning, i've washed the Jazz, been for a walk, now a good coffee on the patio in the sun before cutting the lawn.

Leave the EU, Putin takes control.

At least Putin is competent and does manly sports. Just need the silly middle men - current Tory government - out of the way.

LOL!

For me they should get it right now. Protect the economy and ensure the NHS has the spaces. However there is no excuse for the abandonment of people who have died from cancers, heart attacks, etc, etc because of a COVID obsession. They need to use the hindsight they now have to get it right. I am pretty sure they have no intention of shutting down the economy again and will do all they can to keep infection rates low by as they call it using circuit breakers. Lets not forget Boris had this thing so he is judging from experience

IMO what they have done wrong ( and hindsight is easy) is put covid in front of everything else. Once the NHS was reasonably prepared greater care should have been taken with the economy and personal freedoms. Sensible social precautions shouls have been encouraged and blatant flouting of the rules should have been clamped down on hard. Labour decided to go along with it. There has been no opposition and the increasingly clueless and dangerous Doris and Mattilda really need someone to guide them.
