A book about Mr Johnson’s time in office might be titled The Audacity of Dope. Yes, he has been ill, but this past four months have been characterised by his being behind the curve. All the time. And making risible claims then getting shirty when they are challenged. Where is our world-beating test, track and trace system? Why are they - still - continually closing the stable door, the latest examples beings the instruction to wear masks on trains and buses and the airport quarantine malarkey, although who’s going to fly to this plague pit? Being constantly reactive is not a good look. The voters have noticed. - FT user comment

OH - we have no masks no gloves no ventilators - the answer by the SAGE lot - wrong - ventilators are not the answer - and btw - we have no masks and we are just guessing.

It's a question of class isn't it. Seeking capital off the back of someone's misfortune isn't very British. Perhaps it should be included in the citizen test.

Not sure about that. Some have been revolutionary in our time. Young and angry and wild. Those are the seeds of Freedom and Democracy and hopefully a better and more compassionate society. At least a try. Complicated though.Nos da. Cymru am byth
