Jaysus the scientific community cant be relied upon to project a united front on anything, safe units of alcohol, climate change, smirking tabs or fkin C19. They are simply an embarrassment. Theres a reason why all the people you've ever known that are too intelligent to have a conversation with anyone peruse high brow careers in science it's because they all have aspergers and are very inward looking & insular.

Every time it rains, it rains, pennies from heaven
Don't you know each cloud contains, pennies from heaven?
You'll find your fortune's fallin' all over the town
Be sure that your umbrella is, upside down
Trade them for a package of sunshine and flowers
If you want the things you love, you must have showers
So, when you hear it thunder, don't run under a tree
There'll be pennies from heaven for you and me.

;)

Minus 17000 NHS beds & 50000 nurses since the Tories took power. Good luck with COVID. This is going to get horrific.

Those in the Tory party who were progressive & had influence recognised Boris's ability to lead the country in 2016. It was just the hysterical europhiles & the likes of the muppets on here who cant recognise talent when it staring them in the face that have held this country back for the last four years. You know who you are. Conservatives with a small c have choked this country, you think you know but your actually very poorly informed....I'm particularly thinking of u m2.
