maxk: the only caveat comes in the postscript:

"This article has been published in the Newsroom of pro aurum, the leading precious metals company in Europe with an independent subsidiary in Switzerland"

It may show a tad of bias.

Edit:- edit: financially, a bonanza for a No Deal exit. (Especially in Financials).

gnr - I understand that and as posted before my hope (non financial) is for an orderly exit.

It does not mean though that an understanding of what goes on outside of the UK should be ignored. There are some very naïve posters here who are learning resistant. That will become a problem.

edit: financially, a bonanza for a No Deal exit.

C'est la vie.

As to outcomes I'm hoping Ann Widdecombe gets in myself this GE...

The Corps de Ballet of the ConYou Party will again be flying to show off their wares this week.

We Have Michael Gove, the Chief Parrot who can stab BoJo in the back once more. However he believes himself to truly be a 'Bird of Paradise'.

Mr Dominic Raab, an up and coming Foreign Assassin Bird.

Mr Rishi Sunak, fresh faced Newbi-Currencybird, thinks HE can become Head Parrot.

Sajid Javid, a real Wheeler Dealer Bird if only he could grasp the Maths.

What a disaster of a Political Flock : All led by a Bumbling Liar Bird.

For those dreamers focussing on Brussels just skim this link to see the number of people working just in Geneva for the UN family, incl WLO, WTO and the NGO's etc.
Unless you live in the area you will have no idea what their (mostly tax free) packages total, including mouth watering benefits for them and their families.
The pension arrangements are out of this world - lower admin workers are paid higher pensions then I expect most posters would even dream of as salaries - that is their pension!

There are also mouth watering tax free organisations in London.

My sympathies CTR, would be disgusted too. Thankfully we've got Esther McVey. Would have loved to see her 'kick off' at May's cabinet meeting.

No problem G2 so long as you don't expect to export any goods.

A very civilized post - I'm glad to hear it. But the real fanatics don't agree.

What was the metric martyr trying to export when he sold an old lady 2 pounds of sprouts?

bbalanjones: the EU is unsustainable. It is doomed. Why don't they report what's going on in Malta and France...because Brussels wants to hide the truth. The 17.4 million who voted leave can see we are better off OUT. Anyone who wants to remain can go and live in the EU...any takers?

No problem if you get small ones G2...minimalism is the trend these days is it not lol.

Waiting for a lefty poll saying Tory lead narrowing so re-traces ahead of Friday....could be happy days, kerching and a good night at the Brexit Arms.

Dismal selection of pundits on election night have to say. Would have watched SKY but they've got the poison dwarf on.

An amusing post from MrE. Just how many WTO posts are there in Geneva alone and just how much income tax do you think that the staff pay?
Wake up man.

Tricky to hedge this Mr.E. A Corbyn government will result in a no brexit, which would also be boost to financial shares.
