May’s finished and her autocratic reign will soon be over. She’s damaged our party beyond repair. Her embrace of liberal left authoritarianism and her use of identity politics strategy to impose oppressive social control upon those she considers abhorrent is pure Labour politics. It is abhorrent, deliberate and offensive.

Climbing into bed with Corbyn, Lammy and other Marxist and social identity warriors was not only disturbing but discriminatory in the extreme.

Her use of the ‘white, old men’ moniker to slander Tory Eurosceptic MPs will not be forgotten and is evidence of a Tory party that’s become obsessed with the politics of feminism as a tool of political destruction

I will not be slandered by a female PM because of my gender and skin colour. This is what May’s dragged this party towards

Understand the damage this vile PM’s inflicted on our party and our nation

Thatcher declared she was not a Feminist but a Meritocrat. May threw meritocracy into the gutter and embraced the new orthodoxy of liberal left oppression and cultural Marxism

We need another Thatcher to reignite our nation and depoliticise its people and release them from the grip of identity politics

As Allister Heath puts it in the Telegraph today.

“Mrs May is the epitome of all that is wrong with British politics. The rise of the Brexit Party has changed everything and the PM must be forced out of office immediately.”

His article is spot on, May has been a disaster in almost every way. It will not be easy to repair the damage and avoid Corbyn but it can be done. The country is crying out for a clean Brexit and a real small government, low tax, cheap energy Conservative party. Instead of one led by incompetent, pro EU socialists.

Farage is plainly, undeniably more trustworthy than Mrs May, who has lied and lied and lied and lied. He is plainly more trustworthy than Gove (who isn't?). He is plainly more trustworthy than those MPs who promised one thing and then actively worked for the opposite.

In fact, as politicians go, he is exceptionally trustworthy.

cp / grahamite - I expect him to do well. That does not make him 'credible' in the sense of able to be trusted or believed.

I would not trust him a millimetre. That does not mean that others will not vote for him.

edit: you will note my consistency on my thread and the SHA thread about my views on the likely outcome and how IMO the market has been wrong footed. I also posted here that I would be very happy if I lost.

Agree Turvart, but unfortunately it can alter the share price, telling their clients good or bad news, if it's really bad it can go a lot lower
