10/12/2021 11:04 | Liontrust was mentioned on Ian King, Sky News this morning. Suggested there was no benefit in the merger for customers or shareholders, and that they are only done because having a larger company vindicates them charging higher fees. | 31337 c0d3r

27/9/2021 11:37 | Any one share some light what is happening is it simply profit taking or LIO hold bonds with Chinese property evergrande potentially to be, defaulted | 1318myl
08/9/2021 15:53 | I suspect that the monthly update from Impax (IPX) of their AuM is a contributing factor. IPX is a pureplay ESG asset manager. IPX have a fiscal year end of September. According to yesterday's Equity Development note, fiscal YTD AuM have grown by 88% (1 Oct 20 to 31 Aug 21 or 11 months). ESG is only a part of the LIO offering but is growing at not dissimilar rates (82% YoY growth in July according to my tracking of the fund factsheets). The LIO revenue forecast for this year looks to be about 2x the 2H21 number. With continued growth in assets, the 3/22 revenue forecast looks ever more conservative (albeit we're only 5 months through the year). | gsbmba99
08/9/2021 10:29 | I fail to see why LIO is going crazy compared to Intermediate Capital which is 3 times larger,9on a PE of only 14 and in every way is a better bet .It only goes to show the market may take time to catch up! | golf12345
08/9/2021 08:49 | Definitely something firm specific. I'll take it on a blood bath day like today! | growthpotential

02/9/2021 10:10 | yes RabidDog precisely. im getting better at holding onto winners. i have no problems cutting losers thankfully | investing2retire
01/9/2021 12:23 | Yep..rule #1 run your winners and cut your losers…know what you mean though | rabiddog
01/9/2021 11:51 | It is tricky but I think flows will be good and market prices have been buoyant. If I'm holding some of my losers in the portfolio then need to hold on to the winners like LIO too! | growthpotential
