22/1/2016 08:14 | clocktower, For the avoidance of doubt, when the new shares were issued, my holding went below 3% so there was no need for an RNS on disposal. I have been out since 26p, ( maybe 6 months ago), so not me that has been depressing the prices. Had been in for over 7 years, but lost confidence in management so moved on with my loss. Great product, terrific opportunity but alas in every start up it is the management that you have to buy into. They are the ones that will turn the vision into reality. For me , here the execution is very poor and we don't seem to learn from past mistakes. When we started we had first mover advantage and managed to lose that while we were stumbling in the dark, speed of introducing products snail's pace, product introduced into market without proper testing, hence a barrage of user complaints and ages and resource spent in fixing issues that should not be there in the first place. The area is now getting crowded and new entrants with more resource and can deliver products to market quicker are coming in. Other systems are now providing E2E connectivity while we are still just known to be good for light controls. Our main distributor Megaman, introduced smart room control "Ingenium Blue" for conference room lights based on LWRF technology, they had a plan to introduce an End-to-End smart control for larger installations, the entire house. This was supposed to be based on lWRF system, and was listed as coming soon on their site for over18 months....well seems they have given up and are now going ZigBee for the E2E control. [hxxp://www.megaman. This is neither a recommendation to buy sell or otherwise each must make their own decision. I have been known to get is spectacularly wrong a lot of cases. I did not make anything about it when I bought based on my own research and did not when I sold. This post is just in response to your post inferring that I am the one selling which is depressing the shares, as well as inference that I should issue an RNS. [ Incidentally when I was selling the least amount that I would sell is 20K shares, else I will be there forever if selling in 5K share lots, and the dealing charge does add up] For all the long termers, hope it works out in the end and the company turns it round. | buggy
21/1/2016 22:24 | The bigger market makers were quoting 14p today, so they can smell blood. There's been very roughly 160-180K sold since new year, maybe 100-120K by a single person looking at the lot sizes. Buggy didn't hold 4% (750K shares) , nobody has more than 3.2% that's not related to the company, maybe he was talking about pre all the dilution(s), he was a very long term holder. What is needed are some moderate, i.e. not disastrous results and some quality news of deliveries in India, or some huge orders with deposits. Small orders from Australia for limited ranges of products, just aren't enough anymore. The solar tie in was released in September last year, this is a re-release for Oz, It will come to nothing (100's of orders a month), compared with the scale of orders needed to break even again. A lot of Homekit projects have been put back, that's down to Apple still not finalising things, but deliveries to India should be happening soon. There's around 6 months to adapt, approve and test a new model for a different market. That's sightly overdue now. The customers were promised new App's (Web & Android) by the "end of the year" on twitter, now also overdue. | sinkyj
21/1/2016 21:16 | News is urgently required. | nar1
21/1/2016 17:58 | Not selling at all, got about 25k gbp worth at about 23, quite happy to average down on price, believe this will turnaround and get to mid 30 over the next few months. I believe the opportunities they have are underestimated partly due to the communications | pmears1
21/1/2016 17:21 | It seems that bottom fishers have started to nibble away today but looking at the trades it may take another 10k of buys to start to move the share price up a fraction, and that is without further selling - if the holder/holders that has been selling down has cleared. buggy suggested on another thread that a holding in the region of 4% had been sold by him/her but no RNS has been posted suggesting a drop in holdings, so I guess only when these larger holders that have been drip feeding stock into the market have cleared will we see any real change of direction unless we get some really strong news from the company. | clocktower
21/1/2016 12:34 | I see fastlec are already promoting the new professional range of thermostats with ARM processors, and state they are due in 29.01.16 - They also seem to be at a even more competitive price than older models. hxxp://www.fastlec.c | clocktower
21/1/2016 09:57 | Looks more like pmears is the seller of those shares and not a buyer. alynch, you may well say Urgh! It will take a fair amount of buying at some stage to recover as I expect a few will take the opportunity to get out on any bounce now. Still spread now reducing - can buy at around 18.75p | clocktower
21/1/2016 08:04 | If your buying 5k the odd pound that different brokers may charge is not the issue, it is buying at the right time. Who is your broker at the moment? | lady liz
20/1/2016 19:02 | What brokers does anyone use here ? Who are cost effective at 5k gap size ? Currently holding just over 100k shares and interested in buying here | pmears1
20/1/2016 15:57 | An article I had missed before about launch of products at Gadget Show Live next month: hxxp://mensspot.com/ | clocktower
20/1/2016 15:42 | 17p - 16 and down down down - still win some lose some but it could turn on a nickel as the volumes have been very low to bringing it down and I would be buying upon good news, as I expect others to do so as well. Still it was good news about the recent deal and I am sure there is a host of new products coming this year. | clocktower
20/1/2016 15:32 | Seems Mr 10k is still selling. What's after 18p.. | whoppy

20/1/2016 13:13 | L2 only one MM left on 18p Closed period so directors cannot buy. | clocktower
19/1/2016 14:19 | I beg to disagree whoppy but respect your views: hxxp://www.bqlive.co | clocktower
18/1/2016 20:16 | It needs a change of management. Mike Lord is not up to it. They are dragging the share price down. | whoppy
18/1/2016 16:22 | clocktower, I asked about the results date because I was hoping for some decent news in the short term to arrest the slide. I agree, it's been pretty grim watching the selling & gradual share price decline over the last few months. The only positive at the moment is this is so illiquid that a few buys could move it back up. | mortimer7
18/1/2016 15:37 | Pretty grim seeing the continued selling, Mr Gambles 120k buy looking a lot worse than ever and mine, which is getting to a point of stop loss and taking the hit, regardless of the slightly longer term value I place on the stock and company. | clocktower
18/1/2016 11:59 | Mortimer7 - Feb usually - but cannot see them being early due to the later profit warning after the maiden profit RNS and then the fund raising that took place. They will want a few more positives to release with them imo, hence current low value and below the level the funds were raised at (23p. We need more agreements/orders and Homekit news etc with results or before. | clocktower
18/1/2016 11:27 | Anyone know when the Sept. year end results will be released? I was hoping they'd be earlier this year after the "maiden profit" announced in the interims. | mortimer7
15/1/2016 10:31 | I think that is a couple of years away gozo but has been on the cards since floated imo.Just look at the directors history. | clocktower
15/1/2016 08:45 | I think a buyout is the end game for directors and large shareholders.I'm suprised LWRF hasn't received any bid interest or rumour given our low market cap. | gozo
15/1/2016 08:29 | If only Google bought this for a tidy sum and joined them up. | clocktower |
