27/11/2015 15:09 | No animosity. Just saying it as it is. | jmf69
27/11/2015 15:02 | JMF69 , Anyone can have an interest and they sure have if they sold short when the share price was rising and high, or like your self and myself buying and holding. So if it is self interest and one has benefited in both directions while others have either held or bought, why the animosity? | clocktower
27/11/2015 14:50 | Mm I agree clocktower posts comments based on self interest and his current position with a share. We can all posts any comments we feel like but ultimately the market decides the price and personally I don't go to another board and slag off shares in a company I don't own but CT did it here until he established a position and I have no doubt he has done it elsewhere too. So far I have not commented as I didn't feel him worthy of any attention and continue to feel the same but I am a holder here and like the rest of the holders hope things come good in a booming market place. 27/11/2015 14:27 | LOL mm, The fact that they have indicated on 1 July 2015 that they will report similar revenues and losses, and have since raised funds 31.07.15 @23p a share suggests that not only was the drop built into the price but since that date we have seen the Chairman buy 120k @ 28p, so when news or results come it is fair to suggest that it is likely the forward looking statement will be more than positive but outright exciting for many stakeholders. The beauty is that there is a little more liquidity due CFI selling off 200k shares 26.10.15 Still I agree the stock is news driven and until we get news there maybe a few sellers but as I have been adding mm and will continue to do so if there is further weakness. So unless volumes increase I doubt you will see your 10p. | clocktower
27/11/2015 14:15 | Just in case you're all wondering, my previous post is pretty much a copy of clocktower's post on the AEO thread. Talk about "hoisted by his own petard". The difference is AEO is profitable and pays a whopping dividend (gratefully received today - thanks AEO). LWRF is loss making and doesn't pay a dividend. | michaelmouse
27/11/2015 14:04 | Buying illiquid stocks is not something that many will contemplate as we run up towards the holiday season and another reason that it is likely to slump, is that you will get a flow of stop losses driving the share price lower, until such time as the company are in a position to announce any new large contracts, which I cannot reasonably see coming, if they do that is. They've already indicated that they will report similar revenues and further losses again this year. Much the same as last year. There is not even a decent dividend payment to prop the price up. Might revisit this one at 10p. | michaelmouse
27/11/2015 11:36 | LOL maybe you would rather just wait till Santa delivers your gift Nar1 giving you an adrenaline shot, resulting, excitement and glow with pleasure of having new toys. | clocktower
27/11/2015 08:12 | I expect the new range maybe be to do with the arrangements they made with Havells but an update from the company is overdue imo. Hopefully early next week, unless they have a pleasant surprise for us later today, to hit the weekend papers. Still, the share price staying low has given me the opportunity to have added to my holding over the past couple of weeks. | clocktower
24/11/2015 16:15 | Every Homekit device has to have the magic chip that makes Apple rich, so it was always going to be a new hub. It also has huge demands on the encryption side, so a Hub designed 5/6 years ago isn't going to be powerful enough or have sufficient spare resources. Homekit was delayed as it wouldn't fit inside some reasonably big SOC's designed for it, so you have to design it in, it's not just a little bit of software. Next year is very vague though, it's a whole 12 months at the moment. | sinkyj
24/11/2015 15:58 | So LightwaveRF agreed with Apple to develope an Apple/homekit interface in March/April this year but they will not bring it out until next year - hopefully in January. That is ALOT of development time to get it to market AND then you need a new LightwaveRF hub! Good news on the Nest integation in the next few weeks. Just got a Which? subscription and they did a major review of smart home heating controls etc. Absolutely no mention of LightwaveRF - plenty on Hive, Nest, Honeywell etc. A real shame and opportunity missed - what are the LightwaveRF team doing if they operate in this market but miss out on a 'selling/marketing' opportunity like this. | yesrupnel
24/11/2015 09:37 | Lot of bits on Twitter for those who don't follow : Hi Marc, HomeKit's coming in the new year! ....The Android app is due for release by the end of the year and the Web app is due for release in December. ... Hi, our products will be Nest compatible later this year. Thanks! Look out for IFTTT integration in the new year! Hi Aaron. Nest & ITTT will work with the existing link. Due to the nature of HomeKit it will require a new link box next year The all new Web App will be an integral part of the new website. The new website that you see is just the first phase... [1/3] ...A huge amount of work has gone on behind the scenes rebuilding our Web platform, and this will... [2/3] ..be released very soon now that the new website is up and running. | sinkyj
22/11/2015 20:09 | They do love a Monday morning RNS - so be fresh for the morning lads and put down that beer lol | nar1
22/11/2015 19:28 | Well it's been a while since we had word from the company on trading and progress....maybe this week....? I'm probably being too optimistic, but looking at the chart maybe the two recent lows will look like a double bottom in the next few months. GLA | gozo
19/11/2015 15:56 | hxxp://www.eco-build As more turn to eco-building websites like the link posted above to find out ranges of products to incorporate, natural growth should occur on top of the heavy promotion Megaman are doing at all the shows and through training facilities. Update is slow coming from the company, I would have expected it to come this week. | clocktower
16/11/2015 17:15 | hxxp://www.voltimum. What effect do these sort of training facilities have on building contractors to recommend and use all products being supplied by Megaman? I expect those getting free training will most likely be ensuring that they pay back by way of ordering and installing the products. | clocktower
16/11/2015 12:15 | Looking back on a report about energy from Nov 2012 and considering more recent studies that suggest that 80% of homes do not have thermostatic valves fitted on each radiator, goes to show the potential growth in this market alone. How many people ever tinker with the valves to adjust settings but when fitted with LightwaveRF products they become easy to manage. The report is well worth a read if you have never done so before: www.gov.uk/governmen | clocktower

15/11/2015 12:42 | The new app allows you to control multiple sites, not just your home. This could be used to control the heating in an elderly relative’s house in addition to your own, or perhaps a holiday home. LWRF say performance has “massively improved”, with added monitoring functionality The new app also focuses on personalisation, with an image upload feature. LightwaveRF told us… LightwaveRF, the UK’s largest supplier of smart home systems, today unveils its latest iOS version app, bringing a new level of control and performance to users. 12/11/2015 17:48 | LOL - We have all seen plenty of those Nar1 however when a company is going in the right direction and the business starts to pile in there is no amount of de-ramping that will effect the share price imo. For that matter, no amount of ramping will have any real effect on a company whose board is out of touch and only interesting in drawing over-inflated salaries, and have no interest in the underlying business and rather than looking for an eventual buyout prefer to milk shareholders. Some follows might whom may not have done much research would be wise to look at the history of the board, who I believe will reap very rich rewards in the course of time through a sale. | clocktower
12/11/2015 17:35 | Of course Clocktower your always going to get them on any review site. Very similar to share BB - at times posters will ramp and de-ramp or vice versa accordingly to their own positions or a position they want to take. | nar1
12/11/2015 17:29 | Nar1, They maybe competitors that wish to portray a poor image of the products/apps rather that genuine customers, I think they have sorted out all the minor snags that they used to suffer from and you will soon see a big increase of positive feedback as sales are driven forward. | clocktower |
