Was confused with Mr Ajukwu joining the board, didn't make any sense. The CEO wants one thing, Mr Ajukwu and others want another. There wasn't any middle ground as shown by the companys hostility.I can't see what options Mr Ajukwu and others have. Even if the interested party has more firepower to buy more shares and make an offer to force an end game then GON could veto their licences. Plus most shareholders won't take cash because they would crystalise massive losses. I can't see what the CEOs goals are other other than using shareholders money to bank roll his lifestyle. How will he be forced to leave? What options to shareholders have to remedy the situation considering its incorporated under Nigerian law?

Buying and selling is just about timing, DYOR 1st and never listen to me or other’s.
But for what it’s worth I think the time for buying has just started.

A lot of purchases throughout the day are at the same price which suggests there is a decent sized seller at these levels. We will need a lot more buys to get this share price up significantly. Metallon bought a lot at these levels before and then stopped; unless they become serious quickly their strategy could be to stop at the current share price for a while and mop up supply.

Following on from the default RNS there is an increasing chance that power is slipping away from the incumbent which is increasing the chances we can get the company being seen in a positive light.

A lot of institutions will have given the guy a chance to redeem himself with repaying the loan and again he hasn't given them any reason to be loyal to him. That said he does appear to have political favor behind him which perhaps explains why loyalty has been stretched so much.

Institutions will be favourably inclined to see what the suitors bring. The postive conditions in oil prices will be putting pressure on them to look to develop these reserves and resources sooner rather than later. If we can't get the share price up in these conditions we have no chance if conditions get worse.

High volume for the last couple of sessions...
tight spread for the first time in over a year...
MM's happy to pay tick price for any size...

Metallon have been busy buying up any sells for the past twelve months. Not much in the way of Free Stock.

Has something leaked?

Grossly oversold - for obvious reasons, but looks like something is finally happening.

Could see a decent rise from these levels!

Looks like our suitors will have more friends with more votes when needed.

With the price of oil on the up now is the time to sort out some deals.

Great assets, great mix. Get rid of the CEO and his cronies, replace with the new team and everything else being equal there is a lot of money to be made.
