Managed to buy 1.3m shares at an average of 1.82. I'm Nigerian so there's also a patriotic element to this apart from Lek being undervalued.

In which case the MM's will kill the market with a 33% spread and hold the price down whilst you buy 15% of the company....

Go through your broker - they can arrange a negotiated trade or 'NT'

Excellent analysis, thanks for that.Resolutions 2,3,4 approved.Resolution 1 was withdrawn, but Mark Simmonds resigned as Chairman; will remain in position until the board appoints a chair at the next AGM.

Yes me too Ianio, though I can hardly praise the LEK board. Just hope that Metallon can gain further traction over the current board. They own more shares than the board.

Wow It's rallying. Perhaps the rebuttal of Metallon has started a conflict for control.

I'm still holding from 4p average so no point throwing the towel in. Perhaps things are just hotting up ahead of the EGM.

Ideal for a bigger player with some cash to get involved.
