Pretty sure that if the company is suspended they have up to 6 months in which they do not have to communicate with the markets meaning they do not need to post the results for some time.

I would love to see how LNG did over the WC no bookie could have lost money during this world cup not even LNG.

LNG Q2 results announcement 22 July 2010

I'm guessing with no notice of trading update issued to date we will not be seeing Q2/10 results published on Thursday.

Is it the broker's responsibility to control these events.
Would due diligence put a cap on all communication,as already pointed out,the AGM has been bypassed.

burgerbarwomen - They dont have to do anything for 6 months, which means the board can also continue talking the monthly salary for a few months longer.

I have to say i am so shocked that RC is CEO, i guess he has no pride he knows in his head that he was a big part of the screw up yet he will not stand down.

Plenty of time yet. They can stay suspended for 6 months i believe (The PLW guys may know the exact time length).

I'd be more concerned about the legality of not having an AGM. Board and management are now in their positions (and getting paid) having not been re-elected and having their positions and renumeration ratified by shareholders.

A 5M placement at 1p is my guess... 500m new shares.

If this happens beware of buying the 'cheap' share at 1.5p, as you're only giving the muppets an exit opportunity.

Captain Jack Harkness - Nobody has said LNG is bust, people have only said they have run out money which is fact otherwise Colin would not have gone to the Nomad and the compnay would not have been suspended.

How can you make a say that LNG is making a profit? can you share this information with the rest of us?

Get real the real rumours are that GC will be buying Betshop once for almost nothing I can tell you 1 thing for sure shareholders will not see a single penny.

You called the big shareholders? Why, what you worried about? Thought all was well? Why call the big shareholders when you have faith in the management as well as an ear 'on the grapevine in Italy'?

The big shareholders, without doubt, have proven throughout this torrid affair that they know absolutely nothing! (apart from how to get shafted by management). The smart money left this mismanaged junk when the writing was on the wall (many months ago now).

35p soon?

Hopefully the Betshop sale raises enough cash to pay Creedy's wage for the foreseeable future as you will need someone to stay at the helm to handled all the litigation issues (or any severance pay if he is given the push, which is long long long overdue).
