04/10/2006 17:29 | sent them an email, will post if I hear anything back | mister md
04/10/2006 15:23 | anyone in contact with the company? | xavico
04/10/2006 15:04 | last year they put out some trading statements in Aug/Sep... | mister md
04/10/2006 13:58 | seems like nothing much happening. Needs some good news. | xavico
03/10/2006 09:34 | Mister, I dont know if they're trying to fill a large buy order but there are two significant shareholders who have increased their holdings and may be looking to do more of the same. As you say it would be nice if good news came out on this one especially after the sudden fall in the gaming sector. Keep your chin up. | xavico
02/10/2006 18:05 | the buyer before me paid 29p, when the buy price was 28p. Best I could get was 30p. Do you think they are trying to fill a large buy order? Any good news or further stakebuilding could make this rocket...! (which would be nice after looking at my online gaming shares today) | mister md
02/10/2006 16:10 | if it goes up 2p on a purchase of 3,000 the share price could easily rocket on more significant buys......definitely one to watch. | xavico
02/10/2006 15:17 | they moved the price up as I bought a further 3000...seems to be the trend recently...in tight supply? | mister md
29/9/2006 16:03 | v.little buys and the share price goes up. This could be a nice turn-around as it took a hell of a battering so if it recovers then could see a sharp rise to reflect a proper market cap. Positive news would help. Anyone know the directors? | xavico
29/9/2006 08:13 | creeping up again...market cap still seems very low | mister md
09/9/2006 19:29 | I'm watching Landround. This was a good company 2/3 years ago, but they have really messed things up. Might buy some if the prospects improve. Share price still looks like it's going down at the moment though! Can't help thinking that they just need to focus on cutting costs and repairing the damage before this can resume its growth ambitions, but it looks reasonably fairly balanced as to whether it can do this without further funds. Any fundraising would be very bad news, given the share price performance of late. | topvest
08/9/2006 11:42 | it's oh so quiet on this bb. What's going on with the two Johns and their buying streak? - seems to have stopped. | xavico
07/8/2006 14:59 | option price 40p not too bad, at least over current 30p price... RNS Number:3301H Landround Plc 07 August 2006 Landround PLC ("Landround" or the "Company") Grant of Options The Company has today been informed that on 4 August 2006 the following directors of the Company cancelled their existing share options and were granted new options over ordinary 5p shares ("Ordinary Shares") as detailed below: Director No. of options cancelled No. of options granted Colin Gibson 117,647 300,000 Franco Sessini 50,000 150,000 The options were granted, under the Company's Share Option Plan, for nil consideration and at an exercise price of 40p per Ordinary Share. 7 August 2006 | mister md
03/8/2006 09:11 | methinks the drop is for the benefit of the larger buyers. They succour in pis to buy and then shaft them only to sell the same shares to the larger investors. MMs we know your nasty little tricks. | xavico
03/8/2006 09:02 | Me too, although, unless there are some delayed sells still to come through its hardly the volume to justify a 10% drop! | crimeprotection1
03/8/2006 08:14 | or encouraging sellers so that they can fill bigger buy orders.. Also waiting a bit before buying further | mister md
03/8/2006 08:04 | Im gonna leave this a while in case it is a bear trap ie hike the price up to get in unsuspecting investors only to drop it back down again in little trickles | xavico
03/8/2006 08:01 | wonder if the relatively small stake building (50-100k shares at a time) is because thats all the MM have available that institution selling at sub 10p prices must be a bit peed off right now.. | mister md
02/8/2006 13:00 | I think most of the trades are buys. Will monitor how the share price is performing - will go in for more if right signals ie share price movement upward. | xavico
02/8/2006 12:40 | Pretty sure it must be one of them buying again today.... at far higher prices ....so should be set fair for more of the same IMHO. | knitcraft
02/8/2006 12:36 | Just spoken to the company: John Moxon is a former non-exec director who did not stand for reappointment recently. So he knows the Company and is happy to accumulate is significant amounts. John Marsh is an investor who again is building up his stake. The Company has recently had a reshuffle and people are keen to impress in their new roles. The company has in the past year expanded into Spain & Germany and things are looking promising. Interims will be some time in October. Knitcraft - I agree with you. The share price is being held back. Short to medium term this is very good news as the mms will realise they got a nice little earner in this one. | xavico
02/8/2006 12:21 | small tick up....must move up again soon with some momemtum behind it. Appears to be no stock about. | knitcraft
02/8/2006 12:21 | small tick up....must move up again soon with some momemtum behind it. Appears to be no stock about. | knitcraft
02/8/2006 12:17 | Both big trades appear to be buys if you note the timing. Trying to hold it back as it could run away and make it difficult for stakebuilders. | knitcraft |
