21/12/2018 15:04 | Thank you,Spacedust. I hope so. It is about time that I was rewarded. I think that Lamprell will be awarded another big contract soon. Have you noticed that there still does not seem to be any large volume trading on this since the RNS . | cinquepercento
21/12/2018 11:03 | Good luck Cinque. I genuinely think you will be rewarded in 2019 | spacedust
21/12/2018 10:58 | Spacedust: I can't see one of my posts from this morning so here it is again: I bought more at 61.50 aprox, this morning so my break even is now around 63 pence. | cinquepercento
21/12/2018 10:53 | tonynorstrom1: re:price of oil most definitely has an impact: Please see my response above. Best wishes, Cinquepercento, | cinquepercento
21/12/2018 10:50 | Treble bottom...... | spacedust
21/12/2018 10:35 | He already responded to that post tiny | spacedust
21/12/2018 10:35 | Cinquepercento; I Would have thought that the price of oil most definetly has an impact on wind projects. There would be a financial disincentive to go to wind power with oil say at $30 dollars a barrel. Government incentives have been cut on renewables so the economics have to stack up. | tonynorstrom1
21/12/2018 10:31 | Sp will go up from mid January regardless of oil price | spacedust
21/12/2018 10:13 | This company is an interesting punt, cash in bank, but order book prior to this contract under $100mln., as an asset it it may be a good chance, but oil contracts likely to be thin on the ground, gas a different matter! | bookbroker
21/12/2018 10:10 | Oil was down to 30$ few yrs ago and predictions of doom was afloat. Suddenly oil went to 80$. Cinque I managed to get some at 59p and reduced my average | spacedust
21/12/2018 09:41 | Tonynorstrom1, Re:not dependent upon oil price: Even as I wrote :not dependent upon oil prices,I was thinking that someone would contest my statement. However,my understanding is that, despite the low oil price,Lamprell has been awarded this wind farm contract, that this contract is in the bag. So,the people awarding the contract have taken the long term view and not allowed the short term low oil prices to influence their decision. This is my understanding of the situation. | cinquepercento
21/12/2018 09:33 | Cinquepercento; I Would have thought that the price of oil most definetly has an impact on wind projects. There would be a financial disincentive to go to wind power with oil say at $30 dollars a barrel. Government incentives have been cut on renewables so the economics have to stack up. | tonynorstrom1
21/12/2018 09:22 | Plunger2 This is a wind farm contract and not dependent upon oil prices. | cinquepercento
21/12/2018 09:06 | 200m market cap Contract in excess of 200m Aramco contracts to come Cash in the bank Directors bought at 78p Buys will start coming through | spacedust
21/12/2018 09:01 | All I know is that if any other company who secured a contract the size of the company's market cap the pr8ce would rise quite a bit | spacedust
21/12/2018 08:41 | Of course we would all prefer a higher price. But the sector is trash. Oilcos are trash. PoO is trash. All you can hope for is that LAM does the right things and executes. These are amongst the worst markets that I have seen and only for the brave. We've just had a 2mth COLLAPSE in the PoO out of nowhere really. So turbulence is everywhere and you need your seat belt fastened for 2019. The one thing we know is that anything could happen to the PoO and probably will! GLA | plunger2
21/12/2018 08:12 | Thanks,Spacedust re:directors paid 78 pence. You are a dark horse,Spacedust. I thought that your break even was much higher. Well done. :-) I have increased my sell order to 80 pence in case I miss the rise but I take less if necessary. Tonynorstrom1: I think that we will see some price increase this morning as by now, people will have read the rns or hear the news on the contract. | cinquepercento
21/12/2018 07:26 | Midday ish at 230pm | spacedust
21/12/2018 05:47 | What time did the RNS come out . Would have expected a sharp spike - only saw a relatively small spike yesterday at around 1:30. | tonynorstrom1
20/12/2018 17:13 | The directors paid 78p spending 150k worth so I think you have a good average of 65p. Mine is 63p. I think January will be start of a climb | spacedust
20/12/2018 16:19 | My break even is 65 pence so I would be happy with 75pence. | cinquepercento
20/12/2018 15:42 | Our market cap is 200m and we just had a contract worth 200m awarded to us. On this basis surely we should double and be 120p | spacedust
20/12/2018 15:33 | You could be right,Spacedust. The $55.90 and dropping,oil price is not helping. | cinquepercento
20/12/2018 15:31 | Very frustrating. 200m contract. What's our market cap? | spacedust
20/12/2018 15:25 | I wouldn't be surprised if it does anything at all. Sometimes good news equals to a tank in share price. I sincerely hope not. | spacedust |
