Fevered hype?? If you look back at the posts that you are referring to they reference articles or news that's relevant to the field that Kromeks operates.Examples Millions of dollars into US bio detection and early warning.Reports of calls for government to protect schools with bio detection.Just a sample. So what part of that is not informed and relevant information that could provide significant tailwind to the company that we are invested in?It informs other holders on the general sentiment and enviroment that Kromek operates. How they interpret that information is for them. So less of your fevered hype pish. I'm yet to see what if any you and that other boom boy fella offer ,other than glib and idle comments about mismanagement. As many have said, contrary views are welcome and needed for balance. If they have any substance or logic.....I'm still waiting to see any from both of you.

Losing faith? Well any AIM company boomboy is slightly off-piste with higher risks and requires faith. They also come with higher rewards, navigating your way through the limited information is what makes these forums more interesting. I think it’s fair to say the unknowns around Kromek are what is causing the irrational exuberance and fear, with the share price surging and falling every few months. As I always say regarding Kromek, the management seem a little poor. But what we’re all here for is the potential scientific achievements of its scientists in developing the biological pathogen detector, which will be largely patented and years ahead of rivals in an area which is of huge importance to many nations and institutions around the world at the moment (bio-terrorism & pandemic). If Kromek achieves what we’re hoping for it will have a substantial economic moat around its biological pathogen detector. When losing faith you’ve got to remember the track record of Kromeks scientists, which are first class, from their leading medical scanners, leading award winning security x-ray scanners & leading radiation detectors. Kromeks scientists clearly have the ability to produce first class products and if they manage to pull off this biological pathogen detector it’s going to be huge.

Aqc…… “I’m satisfied with my holding as Kromek are valued at 24p by equity development without the detector.” That means jack sh1t. The share price and the market tells us otherwise. “Seems like there may well be no news on the biological pathogen detector till the end of the year” and yet we were told “in the coming days” by Arnab in March. (Promises, promises) “ Even if the biological pathogen detector doesn’t work you’re only going to make modest losses, if any. It sounds to me like you are also losing faith, Aqc. Fruitloops “ Barring a major upset like a shareholder rebellion, AGMs are rarely of much consequence.” then why was everyone waiting for today and blogging about it with eagerness? Deedledee “ Can anyone summarise the AGM outcome? Share price has dipped. Why?” Because faith has all but totally gone! This share is now a massive gamble. If (a big IF) it comes good then great but a massive gamble! I’m gambling on the Big IF!

Investors are probably a bit unnerved by the lack of information regarding the trials and quite a lot of unknowns regarding the detector. Not much definitive information seems to be released, I’d suspect the share price will continue to drift lower and stay between 15-19p. I’m satisfied with my holding as Kromek are valued at 24p by equity development without the detector. The rest of the business should perform better than it has for years due to the increased nuclear spending due to rise in instability in Afghanistan and the huge rise in the U.K. government nuclear spending previously mentioned. The medical scanner business is also performing better than it has in years. Even if the biological pathogen detector doesn’t work you’re only going to make modest losses, if any. The upside if the detector does work is huge however. Seems like there may well be no news on the biological pathogen detector till the end of the year

The answers I got from the FD were very positive on barriers to entry for the bio- threat machines, patent protection and the two year head start on competitors who can’t test in automated real time at present. As you astutely observed AQ, the answer to when the bio-threat are commercially available seems to have lengthened from this calendar year to this fiscal year. I’d say that means first qtr next year. A patient hold for me and it is one of those stocks where patience is needed. I’d just ignore the slightly inane posts that shed more heat than light on the prospects.

Quepassa, the answer is a big fat zero. The same as all the other before mentioned companies, for the before mentioned reasons. The only thing I agree with you about is your ‘yawn’ comment

Yawn. We are talking about GLOBAL SALES - sales away from the UK- and there you have no legs to stand on

Ford, RR & Kromek all were involved in the before mentioned U.K. ventilator challenge (along with dozens of other institutions). They all produced zero ventilators...

00000000000000.000000000000000 And it meant little then and it means even less than that now. 99.9999999999% implied that it was UK 0 and globally 0 months ago. No one, including mgt tried to hide anything. It's sooooooooooooo irrelevant.

Well you are the first person to say they had zero global sales. what is your source of information on that please so that we can verify that it is accurate. Thank you.

Quepassa, the answer is a big fat zero. The same as all the other before mentioned companies, for the before mentioned reasons. I’m all for differing opinions regarding Kromek. I’d just like the negative views to have some basis, for instance skid35 on lse raises some valid criticisms of Kromek, which I appreciate and take into consideration. QuePassa, you’re just repeating the same nonsense that has been dismissed repeatedly

AQ. You keep on talking about the UK. We know the answer. They sold ZERO in the UK. You give your reasons/view why they sold ZERO in the UK. Now the question has moved on. HOW MANY DID THEY SELL GLOBALLY? I think everyone is getting bored of this topic by now and most will have made their own guesses about how many ventilators Kromek sold internationally. I propose that we now drop the subject ( unless anyone -or the Company- can give accurate figures for global sales ). ALL IMO. DYOR. QP

Kromek were one of dozens of companies who were called on to make ventilators by the U.K. government in a national crisis, that were never required.
