02/4/2022 18:58 | You have to ask how could all the timelines for the mad deal be so wrong so quickly. That is so unlike KIBO. | cj41
01/4/2022 15:25 | SIB Yes, what happened to Blyvoor. I thought LC had 17 funders ready to give him money. Was like 2 years ago? SirIanBotham 1 Apr '22 - 15:12 - 8753 of 8753 Missed deadlines again. It’s got blyvoor written all over it | yaki

01/4/2022 13:29 | Mmm, intersting @iamthebest - apologies, looks like I am wrong! Do we know which do that.I believe the main UK ones - HL, ii, offer either letter of representation or vote teh shares as per your instructions Unless changed in last few months DPR188 11 Apr '22 - 13:15 - 8751 of 8751 @Yaki A few brokers do require the shares to be dematerialised on a temporary basis. MY ADVICE IS FOR SHAREHOLDERS TO TALK TO THEIR BROKERS NOW ABOUT VOTING | yaki

01/4/2022 12:53 | 3 deadlines passed yesterday. Will we get an update? The Transaction is subject to certain condition precedents including: 1. by no later than 31 March 2022, Kibo and Broomfield shall have delivered to each other written notice that they are satisfied with the results of their respective due diligence investigation; 2. by 31 March 2022, Broomfield shall have provided certified copies of resolutions authorising the sale of Brownhill; 3. by 31 March 2022, Kibo shall have entered into service agreements on mutually acceptable terms with the key individuals nominated by Broomfield to the board and executive management of Kibo for a period of at least 24 months; | yaki

01/4/2022 12:28 | iamthebest, i voted at many egms and agms incl kibo and never had to dematerialise shares. Anyways, not possible if in Sipp or Isa. Last few times, my main broker ii had an online facility to vote, under corporate actions. But I also checked with them and asked for proof that my instructions have been carried out. iamthebest 1 Apr '22 - 12:02 - 8747 of 8747 0 0 FOR ALL THOSE WHO HOLD THEIR SHARES IN NOMINEE ACCOUNT.....TO VOTE YOU WILL NEED TO PHONE YOUR BROKER OR EMAIL THEM TO MAKE SURE YOUR SHARES ARE ELIGIBLE FOR VOTING.. IF NOT YOU WILL NEED TO CARRY OUT FOLLOWING PROCESS TO VOTE. THE PROCESS IS CALLED REMATERIALIZATION. 1.Once instructed your broker will carry out the process for you changing shares from electronic to certificate in your name. 2. The process can take them up to 6 weeks so best to contact them today or early next week if holing shares in nominee account and wanting to vote. 3. Generally all you need to do is email your broker with your name and account details, request rematerializaion of the shares electronic to certificate the name of the company ie Kibo Energy PLC and the number of shares you have, they will do the rest... Some brokers do for free most charge a small fee. | yaki
01/4/2022 11:42 | @Yaki yes the RTO timetable appears to slipping already, why does that not surprise me! When the EGM comes it is important all shareholders big and small vote. This will be their one and only chance to make their views on the track record of LC known. He has overseen the complete destruction of shareholder value, Kibo has abysmal record of project delivery under his leadership and an apparent total disdain for the interests of shareholders. In the words Alphonse Gabriel Capone "VOTE EARLY AND VOTE OFTEN"! | dpr1881
01/4/2022 09:16 | CLN terms extended as expected. I am sure nomad wouldn't have allowed it given that they have highly material info in relation to RTO! Interesting that extension was for 3 months. So looks like RTO dates won't be met and if is done more likely in June rather than May! | yaki
31/3/2022 13:10 | And the saviour is going to be a cash generating power project in Zimbabwe where the government is corrupt and the currency is worthless? Other than reinvesting it in Zimbabwe which will provide more worthless cash it's totally pointless. You really couldn't make this stuff up. | cj41
31/3/2022 12:37 | Just saw that Noel O'Keeffee ho is KIBO drector is also company secretary of MAST and all the SPVs. Must be earning quite a few 10ks of k EURs Nice, all paid by us, Kibo s/hs, ultimately! | yaki
31/3/2022 09:51 | "...Assets and loans 'within' the SPV won't be consolidated unless more than 50% owned." Pyebridge owned 100%?!? lurker5 31 Mar '22 - 09:47 - 8738 of 8738 Pyebridge etc are SPVs. Assets and loans 'within' the SPV won't be consolidated unless more than 50% owned. Although b/s seems to show some assets they seem to be those outside the SPV and which are separate from the plant which is what needs to be financed by Close Bros. On that score see Mast - it is all a bit obscure and wording is usual LC - in effect looks as though Close Bros funds still not confirmed although he pretends it is. | yaki

31/3/2022 07:57 | Many moons ago I heard Louis Coetzee say to a group of shareholder/investor I very much doubt UK investors will see Mr Coetzee face to face ever again unless they attend the AGM which just happens to be held in Ireland.. | goldenshread
31/3/2022 07:52 | MAST results out Looks like Pyebridge has no loans against it. Also MAST owes KIBO 2.3m. So why isn't Kibo asking for the loan money, rather than raising funds at hugely depressed levels at Kibo? Is that because directors of Kibo don't give any xxxx about Kibo, apart from them getting their fat salaries? They own no stock and based on my previous convos = not interested in buying, neither! | yaki
