It’s not a deadline when the precedents can be adjusted or waived. The take over happens when Broomfield wants it to.

So another missed deadline - nothing if not consistent!

Short sellers?
Getting burnt?

Delusional. Anyone shorting this would have closed and been longer gone, it’s not worth the hassle on this mcap, nor is getting the borrow.

Don’t hold your breath for news.

14p might be a stretch for opening but I think we will see that within the first month.

Short sellers are going to get burnt.

Yes definitely the same short selling guy.

Can’t remember the facts published in the RNS either, let alone do some research. Clown.

I’m assuming you are the guy from Melvin Capital under a different account? There can’t be that many people claiming to be well informed but can’t even get the name of what they are talking about correct.

You are talking about Brownhill - 100MW solar project.

It’s not an purchase of this project, it will still be owned by Bloomfield through KIBO.

This is a take over.

Broomfield is the company doing the take-over. The one that will own a controlling interest of KIBO with a £10m shareholding.

This isn’t LC’s latest, it’s his exit and Broomfields entry.

Broomfield the IPP with 160MW of installed capacity and track record of delivering projects like brownhill.

What on earth are you assuming is the true 'value' Broomfield will bring to the RTO ? I can tell you it is miniscule and your hopes for a premium on relisting will prove as airy fairy as have been all other 'values' LC has trumpeted for all his other wheezes. The SPV's (which will be 'owning' the solar park) will have the borrowings that have financed the 25% build so far against their balance sheeets, and with no record of earnings or any other evidence of tangible asses, the accounting value will be very small. You are assuming the mug new investors will have swallowed the £10m 'purchase price' for the SPV which LC will try to get away with. Even if he does, the share price will tank afterwards as 'true' value is seen to be much lower - just as did Mast's.

Another short seller - suggesting sell at 5p - trying to limit their losses.

You’re not going to see 5p. This will open above and climb from there.

This is a reverse take over, not an asset purchase. Short sellers are going to burn.

Current market capitalisation is £4.7m

About to get a new owner in Broomfield with £10m shareholding and £7m funds in the bank from the placing.

A name change and new CEO incoming.

It’s going to be so much fun here.

No RNS then to confirm all precedents met?

Hardly surprising, the next in a long long long long long line of delays and abject failures.

Bordesley still shovel ready I assume?

How are the other “projects̶1; progressing?

Looks as though the only groundwork being done is a city boy canvasser on LSE trying to drum up positives, all bodes very unwell IMO.

They'd have to find someone 'off market' to sell directly to. No market maker to ensure a deal. ie no deal probably. I still have some shares delisted more than 10 years ago. Coudn't sell them if I tried.

Just out of curiosity guys: what does it mean if KIBI is indefinitely suspended.. would shareholders ever get they money back. I don’t presume this is not a normal insolvency so how does it work?

LC has form in grotesquely overvaluing what he uses shareholders' funds to buy. MAST and Bordersley are key examples - Mast 4 times what any competent person would have paid if not for the fact LC got a bucket shop with tiny spread bet clients (no experience in equities) to pay up - before listing with a 'prospectus' the FCA similarly warned was 4-times over valued. He did the same with all his Kibo coal wheezes. - always using dodgy 'analysts' who he paid (with sharehoders money) to put forward almost fraudulent and certainly incompetent arguments. Don't imagine he will change his methods this time.

Sounds like the usual punters aren’t buying it. Let’s see if they miss tommorows deadline, otherwise this could very well remain suspended for a very long time, perhaps even indefinitely.
