"Settlement of consideration, subject to successful listing of Sloane:

o GBP1,500,000 to be paid in cash at completion of the listing and GBP200,000 via the issue of new listed ordinary shares in Sloane to the Vendor ('Consideration Shares')

-- Sloane LSE admission:

o Acquisition in line with proposed Admission which will facilitate development of a portfolio of flexible power plants in the UK operating in the rapidly growing Reserve Power market

-- Acquisition provides opportunity to potentially bring Bordesley into production well ahead of current target date for 1(st) production, which is currently set for Q4 2020."

Sounds like the new acquisition has accelerating Bordesley which will certainly help the performance of MED once listed.

Ed.

Awsome another acquisition for Sloane/MED. Can't wait to see what these list at and how they push KIBO's share price:

Louis Coetzee, CEO of Kibo, said: "The Acquisition of this 9 MW gas power project will represent the second production / shovel-ready site in our subsidiary's growing portfolio of flexible power plants in the UK. In addition, potential exists to optimise synergies between the acquisition site and Bordesley resulting in significantly improved site economics. Together with Sloane's upcoming listing, this acquisition will provide an outstanding platform from which to take full advantage of the opportunity that has been identified in the Reserve Power market, the fastest growing energy sector in the UK."

Keep em coming LC and get that MED listed. KAT already makes these look really cheap.

Regards,
Ed.

'Another poster who thinks that pumping a stock to suit their own agenda is acceptable' what's that got to do with me or my message to you? Hence - you have definitely lost the plot.

Why have I lost the plot? Look on the other threads and you can clearly see the accounts that tried to pump this unsuccessfully over many months.

LC chooses PR puffing platforms precisely because they don't ask questions. And 'presnters' too thick even to imagine questions might need to be asked. But mostly because LC doesn't ask any questions of himself.

As for the poster you quote he was disappointed with the poor interview by Stockbkx and not of Katoro themselves.

He said he liked a challenge not that the project was a challenge but we all use the words to suit our own point of view. Overall timelines for blyvoor remain was what I heard and no timelines have been set for haneti.

Looks like the timelines at KAT are slipping and Graham Briggs calls the project a 'challenge'

Egregious interview that.

I've seen shareholders raise questions on BBs and direct to you on here and not a single one of them was put to Katoro.

No probing questions of your own & no follow-up questions to their responses either.

Poor effort Stockbox. Disappointed.

This from the man that spent 3 years of his life arguing with a monkey. How much have you lost here again? I mean I know you all change what you claim to be your average to suit but given your main holding was in the 5p range you must be sobbing at night.
