08/8/2020 17:18 | supercity 7 Aug '20 - 09:15 - 3559 of 3564 0 3 0 "Could be something to do with the 600,000,000 shares that can be converted at 0.15p as to why this keeps getting knocked back down (as well as the fact they issue shares like confetti)" Supercity, That's based on the MINIMUM conversion price. But the conversion price could be, and probably will be, far higher. The shares issued just this week (5th. August RNS) were issued at 0.22p. Note that there is no MAXIMUM conversion price. It could be multiples of the current s.p., hugely reducing the number of shares that would be issued. It's quite unusual not to have a maximum conversion price for convertible securities, so well done to KIBO and Louis Coetzee for securing this. | hedgehog 100
08/8/2020 17:05 | cj41 7 Aug '20 - 12:40 - 3561 of 3563 0 2 0 "That’s excluding the other 650,000,000 warrants out there at 0.8 and 1.2p and that LC wants ‘headroom̵ Cj41, Warrants at 0.8p and 1.2p: compared to the current KIBO share price of 0.2p. I.e. warrants at 4 and 6 times the current s.p.: that's 300% and 500% higher. Well, I didn't get where I am today by being put off by warrants at hundreds of per cent higher than the current share price ... And if they're all exercised it'll probably mean that the share price has ten-bagged from current levels, as the warrant holders will want quite a bit of leeway. In addition, it'll bring in millions of pounds for KIBO to invest into its business. | hedgehog 100

07/8/2020 12:40 | That's excluding the other 650,000,000 warrants out there at 0.8 and 1.2p and that LC wants 'headroom' for 5 billion after a 10:1 consolidation I.e. 40 x current. If that doesn't put off potential investors nothing will. | cj41

06/8/2020 17:19 | It’s a shame that the activists probably won’t vote to block the egm proposals, and force kibo tobsell down some of their stakes in these listed and to be listed companies, instead of just issuing more shares to further dilute kibo... L. | lazygun
06/8/2020 15:42 | Profits into NSCI. ACACIA TR1 out and have dragged it down from 15p. Currently 8.19 to buy as they clear then should see fireworks | justaman

06/8/2020 09:25 | Penn, You're quick on the ball this morning, I was posting elsewhere. Excellent news that they now own 100% of MED. Nicely lined up for the float of the UK power assets! Between those and KAT its hard to figure out which will add the most to KIBO's market cap. At the moment I think it'll be Haneti rather than Blyvoor or MED. Haneti is a 80km long feature, if there's decent grades there from the upcoming drilling its a potential company maker for KAT (95m shares is some holding for little KIBO). Which do you currently think will have the biggest impact here? Regards, Ed. | edgein

31/7/2020 22:57 | It’ll be the price for those shares that will make the difference though. If it’s another huge discount, that’ll be bad news indeed.... L. | lazygun
31/7/2020 15:35 | He actually wants a 10:1 consolidation too. So from 125 million now (after consolidation) to 5 billion. 40 times current. | cj41

28/7/2020 11:02 | Good to see the Haneti drilling about to commence over at KAT. They should have both the Ni and Au assets driving the price there before y/e. Regards, Ed. | edgein
25/7/2020 07:59 | The "others" are pending green light it seems, when or if that comes it will be a huge opportunity here. | cl0ckw0rk0range |
