The "BANDIT" Strikes again with the excuse of Covid 19

170,000 per/year he's on

I think it's unfair to say he's achieved nothing......he's amassed a personal fortune, spent tens of millions of other peoples money, introduced new words into the English language via RNS (which he often mis-spells), gone through more brokers (most of whom went into liquidation) than anyone in history.....how can you say he's achieved nothing?!.....

At the massive price of 0.23p!!

Great for the bucket shop broker who has been given 100s of mlns of shares for 0.2p. So cool 15% return for them in 2 weeks - great

Plus they have the free warrants.

All given to them by our hapless and incompetent Board of Directors.
And paid by existing shareholders by being hugely diluted.

I am jumping out of joy!

I am really looking forward to rns announcing the Baobab PPA - due in ONE week's time
I am sure soo close to the deadline, Kibo directors can't mess this one up?

"...The Baobab term sheet provides for exclusive
negotiation with Kibo on the PPA and as these negotiations are at an advanced stage, the Company anticipates signing of a final PPA before the end
of Q3 2020. Contingent on finalisation of this PPA, Baobab is expected to be the second electricity off-taker (with EDM) from the Benga Project"

Also, can KIBO issue an rns without a mistake in it. How can you have a deadline by 20 March 2019 in an agreement signed in September 2019 - is beyond me!

I honestly have serious concerns about numeracy and literacy of KIBO BoD!

Unfortunately the COVID-19 pandemic is impacting on the finalisation of the outstanding shareholder, coal sale and power purchase agreements
pertaining to the finalisation of the restructuring of Kibo's Botswana energy assets. This was anticipated to be completed by 20 March 2019 under
the terms of the binding Heads of Agreement signed between the Company, Shumba and their relevant subsidiaries in September 2019. By mutual
consent, this long-stop date has been extended and all parties are working diligently to complete the process.

Why has it been ‘oversold̵7; - because of continued failure to deliver. It could never be oversold, if it was so cheap investors would have been piling in over the last 3 years

The reason for share price being where it is - is not likes of Dozy, but it is down to Kibo management being absolutely hapless and incompetent, eg

-issue 150m shares to Shumba who sold out. Actually great move by them. But depressed the price big time. Not a great partner though

-issue billions of shares to bucket shop brokers who I am sure will be selling out at any small rise

-issuing 100s of mlns of shares to shylock Sands - eg buying back 2.5% of MCPP by valuing it at 67m USD?!? ABSOLUTE DISGRACE. TO THE POINT OF BEING FRAUDULENT!

And trust me, I can go on and on.

And also would love to for you to be right, as at just over 1p I will turn into a millionaire!

Yaki,

Look at the share price, its been oversold when folks like Dozy capitulated at a loss. This is what the board have to work with. However like you know market is fickle, this could turn as fast as the wind when sentiment returns. The question is how high will it go then. Could it complete that 4p chart bowl. If the market values in all possible projects and revenue streams its possible. Imagine what closing on that $900m debt financing would do to our current £4m ish cap. So in other words with the share price this low this is all the management have to work with at present. But for how long, any one of the above developments at KAT, MED or national scale CTP could multibag these considerably. A point the market is missing at present. Given the average price of my holding I see this as only a matter of time now. Perhaps short term too, lots of potential triggers between now and year end as highlighted by today's results.

Ed.

Ed,
how do you square all that potential with Board of D of KIBO issuing shares and warrants for peanuts - left, right and centre?!?

Paddy,

Pretty much. Well as the management have suggested that the company making Blyvoor project will enhance shareholder value for both KAT and KIBO, BAO PPA due this Q and MED/Sloane listing is being advanced too with listing planned before year end and multi million financing at an advanced stage, again more multibag potential. Some of us are fully loaded too, you've gotten yourself a good entry price. Even Dozy will be envious of that.

Ed.

The scale of the potential debt provision gives a clear indication to the scale of the projects involved.

"Thinking longer term, we signed an engagement letter with Wimmer Financial LLP for the provision and structuring of up to USD 900 million in debt financing for our African coal and power projects in April. Discussions with Wimmer are ongoing towards the negotiation of a definitive agreement. I am pleased to commend management on the re-organisation of our coal assets and joint venture structure in Botswana announced in September 2019 which is a very positive development for the Company. This is a major transaction which when fully implemented will give us exposure to revenues from a large coal resource and from two coal to power thermal projects. This transaction is further discussed in the review of activities section below."

Paddy the market is also missing the fact that there's huge coal reserves associated with these projects and that opens up further revenue stream possibilities. These remind me of how oversold EUA was at 0.4p too, we also had our share of dozy punters over there that thought it was a good time to short EUA back then.

Regards,
Ed.
