Guessing we are close to a buy In point for declared non holder and non hoper Chimp - I actually hope he doesn't buy as no interest in celebrating with this cheeky monkey :)

Soon to be wealthy and respected holder?You realise perhaps one day when you look back at your child like posting here how much of a sad little man you become.This not a playground. This not a game for those you lure to buy here with your stories and speculation. But still you continue with your fantasists and lies. You can recoup the RNS or the LSE speculations all you would like to it does not change the FACT that there has been no material changes in the company for many months now, and argue now even more hurdles with MOU having STILL not being completed, with licences STILL outstanding and now legislative change in Tanzania which is too early to say really what outcome will have impact on the company. You can not claim to know this.MOU was indeed to be completed in January 2016 from the company RNS so I would not hold my breaths for any conclusion to the company negotiation in August as you predict or in the nearing future with new paperwork that now needs to be completed on top of the missing and very import mining licences. Do you just have blind faith here and ignore the red warnings? They will need more monies soon, lots of words have been spoken but no physical FACTS provided, just mind less speculation by the "believers".

That RNS is irrelevant as there is nothing substantial in it confirming if KIBO will get the SML.It's just put out there to keep the faith basically that's all.No mention of anything that will derisk this project.

Very easy to see that, any time weakness presented in the share pricing there is a RNS sent by the company even if no new news to try and boost the failing share price. It the action of a company that need to keep share price over a certain level for a reason - I wonder how that placing will be dilutive affecting the current shareholder? Depend what price it raise at I would say.

How much monies are left to fund overhead working capital knowing as we do that the Sanderson facility has been well drawn down to this date from the EOY accounting that was issued so how will the company keep the lights on here whilst they are providing more time for meetings and paperwork? Answer me this and let us have a conversation on investing here.Don't fight progress! Wait for the inevitable monies placing at discount! Then you will see!

For your 15 year investment experience you can copy a company RNS I have already read today. Very acheivement. But this not answer the questions.I will say I find it suspicious you can not have discussion as adult here about company instead try and derail the discussion to something you can trivialise.No mining licenceNo environment licenceNo power agreementNo fundingHow can you justify this being a going concern from here moving ahead? Where will Coatee find a backing willing to invest here in Tanzania with new government controls restriction on movements of monies once in Tanzania?

So what further is known now from this? The special mining licence now renamed special mining "right" it would seem! And all the milestone achieved in past week! So this really make up for the many month of nothing, but then look at what is done here, now a MOU required to be prepared. Some more red tape it would say from Magufuli?I see Coatee say expression of interest made and much excitement in hem using word "formal" but you ask why only announce these now, it not stated they only made in past week of meeting so you wonder why delay?More workshop and meeting to come over next month, which we know will mean any day and imminent and will update in due course.I wonder what fate came of q&a. There no concrete fact here, just those on the LSE again try to join the dots and state as fact when they just guesswork from what Coatee has said, or "what he has not said" here.Monies tight here I would say there some need to rise the share prices before a placing is struck. Coatee know well his loyal herds will ramping the stock like good sheep if suggest news soon.Rinse and of course repeated.
