Very few believers though who think it won't happen otherwise why is the share price so low and struggling to even hit 5p ?Skin in this game is needed with investments on AIM but with this share its more a case of a SKIN GRAFT NEEDED.LOL

Rubber yes I see what you mean - patience has been poked if one is of a nervous disposition yet considering the government changes & re written legislation Kibo is part of the party, holding up pretty well & in my view our project will certainly happen and proof of certification to qualify this by year end to answer you but nearer to this month than December :)

So if investors accepts a value of 200mln for the power element of MCPP, post financing (50mln for all the permitting etc and 150mln cash injection), then it can increase the valuation by c50%, if wants exit after the plant is operational.

Which should mean 25% stake for KIBO in the power element of the project, on cash neutral basis!

And 100% of the mining part, which can probably be financed using debt only, given the economics

Shows the likes of investors LC is targeting - CDC and Norfund. Rather than dodgy Chinese or Indian companies that are likely to screw anyone for max profit

Also look at the valuations, 1 200MW (say majority owned on average at 70%) valued at 750mln USD, ie 1mln a MW

So MCPP Power element only, should be worth 300mln USD, if accept the 1mln per MW valuation. Obviously once funded.

And it only requires 150mln equity (if we go for 25/75 equity/debt split)

Good to be part of the change in Tanzania and of course we should welcome unscrupulous commercial behaviour receiving penalties. LC is very well placed to drive our project (of national importance) & looking forward to hearing back on the results with government officials last week - could be a great week for Kibo in my view!

YAKI I would have credit you with more sense than this you not seen the EOY reporting and the monies situation? SEPCO monies long gone and SANDERSON drawdown much be nearly finished also. Who will invest in Tanzania now with Magufuli making any investment near impossible! Investing here now changed for international investing, recommendations say stay clear so how can Coatee find a willing one to take the risk here now with Magufuli threat of nationalisation of asset looming? Please answer me this as clear as the day this is uninvestible, is this why Coatee so tight lipped?

There is a massive reason is there not why nobody is buying the stock ?You keep on saying the shares are so cheap but why is there no takers ?Honest answers although I doubt I will get any.LOL

Will this ever happen ?Not sure it will if I'm being honest as the share price can't even hit 5p again.More delays and you will see a big exodus unfortunately as investors become frustrated.

Why would you post here 24/7 if you don't own shares in the company or shorting it? And only post on KIBO?
The only reason is that you get paid to deramp!

On coal exporting, you say "...The company can now not even export with new legislation."
Can you point where the new legislation states the coal exports are not allowed?!

Such a stupid thing to say, at least made me laugh! Where would Tanz get its hard currency from then?

What's next - cashew nuts and tea/coffee export bans? You should go and warn investors quickly, being such a noble guy!
