No licences = no mine = no power plant project. You think this company runs for free? Placing well now due for the company, how much you think they will need to raise in monies YAKI and what price will it come at? Why Magufuli not give the licences if this such an important project to Tanzania but go ahead with other power plans like the hydroelectric dam which will power all of Tanzania. NO NEED FOR COAL OR THIS PROJECT. The company can now not even export with new legislation.

Of course the project is owned by SPV, in this case MCPP, as MCPP is not a legal entity. A bit like if you want to have a slice of iPhone you buy the legal entity that owns it - Apple.

So if the SPV owns 100% of the project, then that value automatically gets reflected in the SPV's value. Obviously then that would need to adjusted for the capital structure of the SPV, but that's school stuff.

Sonny - You've been told time and again that Sanderson has been given a stake in MDC, not in MCPP. SPV's like MDC have a different capital structure to the main project once construction is under way. Why, if as you think Sanderson's 'stake' is aligned with the eventual value of the MCPP itself, did it took a stake in something else ?
But we know you haven't the brain to work out why LC didn't say "the discounted value of the MDC" - which is what Sanderson would have wanted to know (and has probably been told, whereas we have not) Neither will you have had the brain to work out why the said discounted value of the MCPP that LC quotes a $100m, is nothing like the NPV's you've been relying on ? Why not try and work out why that might be.

I am by no means an expert on Tanzania, but having been in KIBO for a couple of months and read up quite a bit it seems that they are having a serious go at stamping our corruption, improving infrastructure and trying to get KIBO on the map the right way.

Looking at the share price I believe that support is consolidating, and there is finally some positive sentiment towards the company.

However, frustration is also growing with LC's silence, but on the other hand I can completely understand how there is a fine line between "no news is good news" and shareholder boredom chipping away at support.

Interesting that key members of the ESIA committe have been fired for allegedly seeking bribes and issuing fake ESIA certificates - now we may know why our application, although processed in its entirety has not been approved - LC has probably not partaken in any bribes and now that a new committe has been commissioned I think we are on the top of the 'clean and ready to go' list...Those who keep their hands clean always get ahead in the end - I like LC's methodical, clean and steady approach, it has won us many fans and doesn't give me sleepless nights...All my own opinion - DYOR

You deal in presumption and speculative you have figures that you regurgitate but these figures cannot be provided until financial close and there much that can happen before that I say the monies the company have are being spent and they will need more for delays to licence if ever it comes so you say no placing? How can this be true? What is earl field?

Decided to stay out in the pub until 9 then I'll drift back home.Nothing bothers me anymore as my wife left me 11 months ago because of my drinking.Only problem I have now I struggle to cut my toe nails as she used to trim them for me.If I told you I chuck out around 3 pairs of socks in a week would you believe me ?LOL

Stright on the back of that Phase 2 and with much higher share price raise cash wit the shares LC can issue, sell down a % of the SPV = retain a very large part of the lucrative export power."And how do you think the company will achieves this without a ESIA, SML or the PPA? Has it not once crossed your tiniest mind that there are bigger issues in the Tanzania at current and this project very clear not of any special importance or special relationship other wise you not think Magufuli would have at least granted the required paper work to the company as they did to Dangote and Edenville? Blinkered and mislead!
