26/3/2014 15:49 | There must be something about to break for KENV. New investors have taken this on with a view to future development and long term gains. In my opinion these guys have the credentials and track record to deliver and it's only a matter of time now. Who knows where it's going to end up? 5p in the short term would be my guess. | bill-e
26/3/2014 15:08 | Now being offered 2.99 on the bid. ........ | olly2
26/3/2014 14:24 | I think we may have a surprise or two when the place e's are announced just a hunch. | theshareguru
26/3/2014 14:19 | All gone quiet but bid has edged up to 2.95 | olly2
26/3/2014 13:35 | Tom W sounds a little bitter, I'd probably have agreed with a better written article. I suspect he's been outmaneuvered following his conversation with Peter Redmond. The fact is that Peter Redmond is no longer in charge, this isn't one last throw of the dice, this is the end of the old company (and I believe, it's directors in time) and the beginning of a new one. Overpriced, yes, massively! But Toms Cesspit is actually made up of greedy people without honour running companies, something that changed decisively for KENV on yesterdays news. I guess he wanted to get one last pop at at Mr Redmond and looking at his track record who can blame him, but the article isn't worthy of the site on which it is published, nor of the person who wrote it. TW actually predicted the future of KENV in his previous article :-) "Could Dead Kennedy be saved? Yes. I would suggest that if it did an emergency refinancing at say 0.1p to raise £500,000 that would attract real support if someone with true ability was brought on board to use it as a shell." Although his placing price was a little off. | al101uk
26/3/2014 13:18 | Not exactly a glowing tribute! | bigwavedave
26/3/2014 09:41 | 3.375 p is a very strong support / resistance point. So a big push of price action in this region. 3.00 :::: 3.50 :::: 6 Vs 7 By what I can see, this is going to be breached and held today. The share price then has a straight run to 6.13 p without any pit stops. There is a fantastic opp to make more if you hold through this turbulence There is another opp for new investors to buy at the support level of 3.375 or just above to exit at 6.13 That is an 81 + % return for new entrants. Don't miss it | jumbone
26/3/2014 09:15 | Bains how could you!! Let's these people enjoy their moment. | spanishbobsqpants
26/3/2014 09:08 | MDZ - 0.27p to buy!!! The Final Results for the Year Ending 31 March 2014 should show record turnover with £2 million (major contracts rns'd) as minimum plus other smaller deals could see turnover up to £3 million. The current market cap is a silly £3m and is due a major re-rating!!! A major contract win with Coco-Cola to generate over £1.1million Another large project with revenues in excess of £400,000 Both of these substantial contracts give the Company a strong business base for this financial year. However, the Company has continued to develop and gain business from both existing and new clients, in addition to the two large contracts already highlighted. Clients such as Fiat, JD Sport, Samsung and O2 continue to conduct meaningful business with the Company and when the recurring contractual business earned from an array of customers is factored in, the Company has embarked upon the 2013/14 financial year in a strong commercial position. In addition, trading in this period within the Education sector has been encouraging, with several wins including a large teaching rooms project for a university in London. The Company was delighted to be invited to work with Samsung further during July 2013 on their inaugural Retail Hospitality Summit, which brought together senior industry decision makers, analysts and opinion formers to discuss the future of technology in those sectors. Combined revenues from these new contract wins is expected to be in excess of £200,000 in the current financial year. The Retail and event marketing business continues to grow as demonstrated by a number of contract wins. MediaZest has built a relationship with Topshop and delivered a large scale projection campaign for their Autumn Winter 2013 launch. In November the Company will also design, build and install Christmas window displays for O2 and Boots in a number of their highest profile retail outlets. The combined revenues from all these new contracts will be in excess of £300,000 in the current financial year. | bains123

26/3/2014 07:56 | Bidding at 2.9p first thing this morning - 3.0p on the ask | tomboyb
26/3/2014 07:56 | TWO OTHER SHELLS FOR YOU SRO FAR MORE CASH THAN THE SHARES COST. AKT TOTAL CASH ASSETS WERE £800,000 last June , £1.1M last July and by the 31/12/14 should be up to £1.5M. Less running costs, of £150,000 = £1.350M. Market cap today £1.150M AKT have said if no RTO is done by June they will hand the cash back to shareholders. As with ALL shells one needs to be in at the start and not pay above the cash value. THIS IS DONE TO REDUCE RISK AND GIVE ANY INVESTOR THE CHANCE TO MAKE MASSIVE MOUTHWATERING PROFITS IF THE NEW COMPANY COMES GOOD. | tara7
26/3/2014 07:41 | so it looks like there is life in the old dog yet! i had mentally written this off, so happy to see some news, lets see what transpires over the next couple of months | napoleon111
26/3/2014 00:57 | and look what happened when tom cross joined parkmead - over £100 mill cap fora business only generating 2 mill revenue initialy (not now obviously)... | lazygun
25/3/2014 23:05 | al, are you forgetting the new shares? In effect, the market cap now is over £1m more than you say and therefore 3 times cash/investments. | outspan
25/3/2014 22:40 | Interestingly, having re-read the placing document I think Westleigh has been picking up shares before the appointment. It looks like Nick and Giles have been planning this for a while. KENV looks about as close to a shell company as it's possible to get, I guess it was cheaper to pick it up this way than file for a new listing on AIM. I suspect old management will be managed out of the business once everything has been cleared up, although it's strange that each of them has taken a stake and that they did so via an additional placing. It's intriguing and I'm a fan of the management, but £720K for a £500K cash shell is just silly. Will follow with interest and may pick some up around the time of the next placing when the aims of the company are made more clear and I can make a judgement on the asset that Nick and Giles have their eyes on. | al101uk
25/3/2014 21:35 | Exciting couple of appointments today - You only have to look at the AMER and IRON charts to figure that one out - | tomboyb

25/3/2014 15:58 | Well it looks like Giles Clarke and Nick Harrison now own 23% of this company. I for one am in for the ride as this is a hot team - it may take a few years but these guys have a track record and they know what they are doing | bigbas
25/3/2014 15:52 | What is Clarke up to then - he does not invest in companies unless he sees a 10 - 15 times return ?? | bigbas
25/3/2014 15:36 | agreed - i mean, why would twwo directos of a much larger corporate bother to invest in a minnow like this unless they had something planned for it? glad i bought in earlier now. | lazygun |
