Peter Redmond – Chairman

Peter is an experienced corporate financier and has some 30 years' experience in corporate finance and venture capital. He has gained particular experience in the field of reverse takeovers and mergers. He became director of corporate finance at Durlacher Limited in 2003, then joined Merchant House Group PLC where he later became Chief Executive. He has been active in reconstructing a number of AIM companies which have subsequently acquired or established operating businesses.

Reverse transactions on which he has acted include Weatherly International PLC and IGas Resources PLC, in both cases acting as a director both before and after the reverse. Currently, Peter is Chairman of Leed Resources PLC, which is an investment company on AIM and a director of Black Eagle Capital PLC, which is an investment company on PLUS.

Interesting link in the KENV directors directly to Bison.

No wonder they were bullish a few months back re the Bison investment.

It seems to me that PRS spent 2.3 times as much on Bison as KENV ($200,000 Vs $85,000)

So KENV does seem very undervalued by comparison, especially if the Bison IPO goes the way WHI expect!

From the WH Ireland 'Bison Energy Services' IPO pathfinder note

"Valuation - We have derived a range of values for Bison using four different methodologies. Our valuation range is from $217m to $412m, with potential to increase to $991m through commencing frac sand processing plant facilities."

Yes they are someuwin. Look at whats happened at PRS today and last few days. KENV next I presume?

During the latter part of last year, we made one such investment, investing $85,000 by way of loan and equity in Bison Energy Services Limited, a company established to invest principally in the supply of frac sand to the US fracking industry and which has acquired high grade deposits in Wisconsin, USA. We continue to regard this as an exciting investment. We understand that Bison is now close to the next stage of its development though, for regulatory and confidentiality reasons, we are not able to give further detail at this time.

You have got to be kidding me! I got an online quote for 1.28 and went away to check something out - five minutes later when I refreshed to buy it was 1.45 gutted. It doesnt move for ages and then decides to five minutes after I put in my order.

The only worry I have is the cash balance and it seems like if Bison doesnt happen soon that a fund raising maybe necessary?
But at 0.34m mkt cap - plenty of upside if fund raising isnt necessary I guess.

thanks thshareguru - could be worth a fair bit to Kenv then. I read the PRS thread as I also hold there and that is looking really good imo. I sold out here at a big loss at 2.75 - so doesnt seem to bad to get some back at 1.3.....I will give it some thought.

Bison comes to the market, well your guess is as good as mine, it seems bison
Is all the rage at prs, give there bb a look, I am also hoping brady took
A stake, but due to aim rulings I cant find out, as they dont have to publish.
