Hi Tops, I am an LTI since Nyota and a large holder of the stock...I know the history and pain & I am certainly no Harry supporter by any means...hard to see how any LTI could be when our hard earned "investment" has collapsed in value over the years...being brave, stupid or smart I averaged down over the years so I am at B/E at c2p...if he delivers much will be forgiven...if not, I will be furious (again)...but let's see which way it rolls...

In 13356 you said that an AGM did not have to be held by June 30th.

But in the Companies Act, 2006

Clause 336
Public companies [F1 and traded companies]: annual general meeting
(1)Every public company must hold a general meeting as its annual general meeting in each period of 6 months beginning with the day following its accounting reference date (in addition to any other meetings held during that period).

But that's just the point, we've been here time and time again. We are already running late on utterances promised in May (as usual).

Which is the answer for you too Goatie. Time is our witness and the evidence. Of course we don't know what issues Harry has gotten involved in that stops him fulfilling his own deadlines and declarations, but how can you say there is no 'evidence' (or in short supply)?

I bet Shakespeare said plenty about being hoist on petards and the like in that respect too. ;)

You are spot on Estseon...some of the BB atm reminds me of Macbeth "life's but a walking shadow; a poor player, that struts & frets his hour upon the stage, and then is heard no more: it is a tale told by an idiot, full of sound and fury signifying nothing"....Harry/Kefi must show their hand/RNS very, very soon and it will either be "job done/finance agreed" in which case watch the share price x2 or x3 OR he/they will fail again and probably have to raise some more cash...but we shall see which way it goes soon enough

What really aggravates me is people who air their opinions several times each day; that is unless there has been some news.

Its the repetition. Even if I agree with the views it is irritating. If I disagree it is annoying.

And worst of all are when I think the poster has no grounds for their views. It seems evidence is in short supply.

@richie - what advice is that? I don't mind anyone posting anything about the company, but I've had people berate me personally for posting my views on the company. They take their frustration out on everyone else because they are losing it. It's not Kefi management that aggravates me, it's people who try to bully others just because they have different views. So I call them out and filter them. Oh...and if that post wasn't aimed at me (hard to tell) then no worries :)

Everybody knows Harry isn't doing a very good job - so people shouldn't be surprised to read it on a BB.

The people who can not tolerate negative views or criticism of a quite obviously weak management team are obviously the most nervous - they take their frustration out on other investors who are prepared to speak up.

@mustafa15a is one of those posters who very rarely posts, and when he does only complains about everyone else's view, which is why I filtered him.

@taxlosstone - don't let anyone bully you into not sharing your views.

If anyone is getting cold feet then sell up and walk away, no one absolutely no one wants to hear your speculations about how Harry is failing or how he is not doing a good job.....the funding is circa 300million, it's not an easy task and will take time.....if you can't handle the heat the get out of the kitchen!!!!

digger, alternatively the info that HAA has is too price sensitive.

Under UK company law, the directors have a statutory duty to hold the AGM on or before 30th June and they need to give 21 days' notice. Next Tuesday looks like a rockhard deadline for that. The company is registered under the Companies Act (Company number 05976748). We could arrange a rota of visitors for the directors when they are locked-up.

He's not had an off the record chat with his chum TW since the buy recommendation after "final warning" disclosure. Doesn't bode well in my opinion as they are such good friends it would seem.

Some of what you say may be right.

However the "rules" you refer to are not rules. They are Laws. And are disobeyed at the Company's, and Director's, peril. The legislation is in the Company's Act 2006. You can google it - but precede with "UK" or you will get a lot of irrelevant others.

Indeed, contrary to the 'rules' that some here think must be adhered to, there are many instances where an AGM is delayed or, heaven forbid, never held...

I am astonished those on here who have a lot of AIM experience are unaware of the many dodges and swerves that go on.

They have either been very lucky in their choices or don't keep their ear to the ground, or both. Of course company stooges over years and years could also be another, more logical, answer as to why people give these AIM leaders so much leeway.

In fact Union, most everything we have ever been told about Kefi comes from the company...as ever, some might say who else, but that also seems somewhat blinkered.

Just for the benefit of doubt, this is not a dig at Harry or against my investment but simply stating facts and historical precedent. I would so wish to wrong on all counts and TK funding - in full, and with a deposit in our account on a specific date - happens within days.

Our past experience of radio silence from the company hasn't been too good.
