TA - so you're ok with the departure of Ausdrill and that Coricor are completely behind everything they had 'guaranteed' and were seemingly signed up to until today?

And that the LOI is enough, no due diligence is needed, to have them sign their part of the forthcoming deal(s) releasing financing (due in Q4) by the end of this month?

In the meantime, we all accept shares need issuing. How many will you agree to? 500m?

So, the market has decided that this was, in fact, another load of Harry obfuscation and spin wrapped up in an RNS. If Harry issued an RNS saying he had dog mess on his shoe, some people would rave about that too. Bottom line is no financing = flaccid RNS. Until that arrives anything could happen - including an imminent placing to dilute everyone to oblivion - they usually do follow a "good" RNS. Fire away, haters!

Let along that US just imposed sanction on Abi over Tigary genocide , so no more funding from IMF! Abi insists to "finish the war in Tigray " and started to fill the Dam anyway and ignoring the International Law and warning from join force by Egypt and Sudan , they just done an join military drill to make treat to Abi over down stream water sources as "existential treat" to these nations !

Your supposition is erroneous. For one thing, I expect the Board to manage the company and not seek shareholder approval for every move they make. I certainly would not expect them to seek approval for a re-tendering process, only to advise the shareholders if there is a change of supplier.

As for your comments regarding Ausdrill's presumed contractual agreement, there appears to be no evidence that they kept to that agreement to my knowledge. I assume that, if such an agreement did exist with Ausdrill, it has now lapsed. That would appear to be self evident.

AS for your comment regarding this post of mine:

I find your response quite petty. It was obvious it was a remark about life in general.

Well it’s Kefi so things seem to never be totally clear.

As for the contractor the company will have to explain why it’s a better deal “better terms” either Corica Group approached Kefi and offered “Mining Contractor to supply fleet within mining services agreement, c.US$60 million” and “mining contractor to invest in KEFI shares” or that’s what the current contractor was offering and Corica Group is offering a even better deal than that.

I am a bit sceptical that the new deal is a better than the old one unless the old one was not as good as it looked. I will be happy though if the new deal is as good as the old deal. Sorry if that sounds a bit like a Topical post (no offence Topical).

AGM at the end of the month, clock officially ticking. We'll soon know one way or another, everyone must agree that's for the best. Positive news today, hopefully we'll find out the funding partners next week. Have a good weekend all
