04/6/2021 14:57 | Not that straight forward to find information on Corica as it changed its name but looks a substantial company (first google attempt found a small fish and an Australian footballer) hxxps://corica.com hxxps://www.africaou hxxps://www.miningre hxxps://www.miningre “You may know us as SFTP, but soon we will be known as Corica.” | robjm66
04/6/2021 14:56 | "the largest mining contractor in Africa" Leading mining companies in Africa based on revenue in 2019 www.statista.com/sta what is so amazing is that harry thinks will take his word for granted and not fact check the b/s that he dishes out in the RNS. Does he know there's something called 'google' ? | delta0091
04/6/2021 14:55 | Thank you delta. I see the article is dated May 17th 2020 yet reports that the contract is due to start in 2015, some 5 years earlier?? | kelotoni

04/6/2021 14:29 | Just had a look at Ausdrill website and cannot see that they have anything outside Australia. It may have been a stretch too far for them to operate in Ethiopia. On the other hand I cannot find anything about Corica Group on the web regarding mining! I do remain positive on this though | kelotoni
04/6/2021 14:26 | Harry says: "the largest mining contractor in Africa" Corica state: "West Africa's largest family-owned mining services company", also "more than 2000 people in eight countries across West Africa" - last time I looked Ethiopia was in East Africa, the most east apart from Somalia. I hope he will prove the naysayers wrong, but all I see is more bluster | bayetya
04/6/2021 14:26 | Even $40bn Barrick makes a point of trumpeting local participation etc (one of the operator's existing clients). The politics are delicate and they are almost as prejudiced as the French. We will have to wait for detail to understand the benefits of their tender. It could be tied up with the need for increased "local" involvement: that is, African. | estseon
04/6/2021 14:08 | Tops remember I said a while back about "stranger in small village"? Again imvho this is why Ausdrill out ;) | theaviator
04/6/2021 13:57 | I'm not to concerned about a 0.0003 GBP dip as this share is comfortably and conservatively going to 40p. That is a 133,000% more that this small dip today. It is a conviction thing. Never been a better time to top up, hold and grip tight with diamond hands | riotinted_specs
04/6/2021 13:55 | Not long to wait, end of June, positive or negative, bull or bear, good news or bad. Hopefully updates in the meantime, as per the last few lines of the RNS. Naming the funding partners would be a big step. | rich1e
04/6/2021 13:52 | Argument and difference of opinion are what bulletin boards are about but there is no point in it deviating from KEFI to individual posters. Of course there is concern over contractor change, of course there is concern over Harry’s moving deadlines and of course there is concern over Harry’s best mates contractor leaving the scene but mainly because he’s suggested a similar relationship with EG. That is why the share price is where it is and no amount of personal bickering changes it. | pensionplanner
04/6/2021 13:47 | Yes because it's the first time I've seen a contractor that's already started!! Have you looked them up Tops? ;)Who knows what went on behind closed doors. We will probably never really fully understand...Watch this rise into end of June start do July as the excitement builds...Aimvho | theaviator
04/6/2021 13:42 | TA - so you're ok with the departure of Ausdrill and that Coricor are completely behind everything they had 'guaranteed' and were seemingly signed up to until today? And that the LOI is enough, no due diligence is needed, to have them sign their part of the forthcoming deal(s) releasing financing (due in Q4) by the end of this month? In the meantime, we all accept shares need issuing. How many will you agree to? 500m? Topicel | topicel
04/6/2021 13:38 | Katsy 4 Jun '21 - 14:23 - 13509 of 13511 0 1 0 After Jun 30th. So anytime between that and ...... ------------------- 12th of Never? 31st September? ;) Topicel | topicel
04/6/2021 13:37 | To be fair to Rio, market reaction is very hard to judge at times and I know he is genuinely excited as am I tbh This is the best news yet since the short time I've been here... | theaviator
04/6/2021 13:23 | After Jun 30th. So anytime between that and ...... | katsy
04/6/2021 13:01 | Cheers estseon | rich1e
04/6/2021 12:52 | If funding is finalised, are you guys going to stick around, I suspect that you won't. But I'll happily be proven wrong, all views are welcome | rich1e
04/6/2021 12:46 | So, the market has decided that this was, in fact, another load of Harry obfuscation and spin wrapped up in an RNS. If Harry issued an RNS saying he had dog mess on his shoe, some people would rave about that too. Bottom line is no financing = flaccid RNS. Until that arrives anything could happen - including an imminent placing to dilute everyone to oblivion - they usually do follow a "good" RNS. Fire away, haters! | sussexlibran1 |
