31/5/2021 11:54 | That being said I live in hope that Harry does have some kind of integrity intact and there weren't any previous warnings. My cynicism comes from being too trusting over the years I guess. We learn the hard way. Am generally v cautious to part with my hard earned but I may have grossly misjudged this one. As BB says, we will know soon for better or worse.Sadly it's also why most aim shares for me are trades not investments. | theaviator
31/5/2021 11:48 | Sorry but I agree fully with Tops here...nothing to lose as continues taking salary like most of them. If he has failed to announce any previous warnings there is precious little they will do. Look how Sefton got away with everything on Icon. If that had been USa regulated he would have most likely been behind bars but FCA do little about aim sadly.. | theaviator

31/5/2021 11:14 | @megordon - it has happened. | sussexlibran1
31/5/2021 10:57 | megordon. Broadly speaking, I am not interested in who gets sued and for what - only if affects me. I really have no idea if such a thing has happened. Do you? For all I know, it may have done. | scrappycat

31/5/2021 10:34 | Do not need to whu0319 company rnsed a response but if you research the other two companies mentioned they are chalk and cheese compared to kefi. | robjm66
31/5/2021 10:32 | When did you ever see an AIM director get sued or imprisoned no matter how deceitful or misleading ? Dream on. | megordon
31/5/2021 10:11 | Topicel, You appear to presume deceit, I don't. Simple. You must have known, for instance, Harry's's /the BODs' salaries before you invested here. Nobody forced you to do so. If you do not believe in the company management, then more fool you for continuing to invest. As I have said, you are entitled to your opinions, but I do not agree with much of them. Everyone needs money. How they go about getting it is ok by me if it is honest. I believe Harry has been honest. You, appear to think the contrary. I don't always invest wisely, but I am well aware of the risks I take. That is my choice of investing profile. | scrappycat
31/5/2021 09:18 | I would suggest, that if this attempt at funding fails, Harry has far more to lose than any PI. His personal share holding and the family pension plan are at risk. Not only that, but he would surely be faced with a barrage of criticism, which would not be a pleasant experience. So much so, that if he feels he can do no more to acquire funding, he may well offer his resignation in any case. He is getting no younger, and, I imagine, could well do without all the trials and tribulations he has been through in his efforts to secure funding. Just conjecture on my part, but the outcome of the latest funding effort should be known shortly. | scrappycat
31/5/2021 08:04 | @taxlosstone - that is a fair point! Very gracefully put, as always. Obviously I hope he finally delivers - he just might! All these announcements that should have arrived in May, but didn't, might just arrive on Tue, Wed, Thu and Fri this week! I've waited 10 years (or thereabouts) so another week won't make much difference. Harry clutching victory from the jaws of defeat just before the licence is withdrawn would exonerate him. Taking my son to the park - over and out! | sussexlibran1
30/5/2021 18:10 | I charge him with being competent. Yes, innocent until proven guilty. :-) | taxlosstone
30/5/2021 17:32 | Yep fair. Innocent until proven guilty. Agreed. | theaviator
30/5/2021 16:36 | Well we shall all know one way or another whether Harry is a hero or a zero within days I think... | belfastboyo
30/5/2021 16:21 | sheesh. And he could be arrested for drunk driving or harbouring a fugitive or cheating on his taxes, but we're here trying to deal with issues that have some kind of real chance of happening, not silly speculation about something Harry has already clearly denied in PUBLIC declarations on more than one occasion. All this is frustrating for the delay for sure, but try not to waste time with nonsense items just in order to have something to say. | echoridge
30/5/2021 16:01 | The vulnerability could be if he has to admit that Kefi have received warnings about licenes in the past. | jlwilliams
30/5/2021 15:11 | Vulnerable in a court of law?!?? What are you high? no it wouldn't. | echoridge
29/5/2021 23:37 | @pensionplanner - you are absolutely correct. If Harry does not 'deliver' next week, after promising to do so in an RNS, would make him very vulnerable in a court of law. He has promised so much, via legal RNS statements, and delivered so little. Anyhow, given that he has stated that everything will be wrapped up by the AGM, I am sure it will all be OK! After all, this is a legally binding document, right? | sussexlibran1
29/5/2021 23:07 | This is exactly it, any previous warning would have had to be rnsd as that's very price sensitive!! | theaviator |
