The winner of the auction was to have been announced on the third of December.I can't find news of it anywhere.Surely investors in the company should have been told and what the transaction price was.In the interests of transparency,we should also know who the purchaser is.

The update on the auction process looks like it could well be a low-ball offer.Again,it looks to me that there was only one offer? Was it low,or derisory?

Ok,as far as I understand, approximately $3 million dollars were released from the escrow. If I remember rightly, there was also supposed to be half a million dollars coming from one of the SPVs in 2018.Did that happen? Of course, the other imponderable is what will the cost be for the sales process and will it be capped at the fees already agreed? ( I would suspect not). Then, will the remaining portfolio be sold? If we can ring fence the $3 million, that would equate approx to 2.7 cent (US) ,approx 2 pence per share.

Thanks Bedbel. My understanding was that the escrow monies were to be distributed after they became available, sometime after the end of September. The remainder of the assets would then be monetized. Why have we not been told the amount flowing from the escrow? Apologies for all the questions but I have been in touch with the liquidators. They insist on communicating with the nominee shareholder which isn't , apparently,my various brokers.Who would have thought I don't apparently own my own shares.

Hi all,

I had a reply today from KPMG:

By way of an update the Escrow monies have been realised.

The sale auction for the remaining assets is under way and we will wait until that has concluded before making a distribution.

We hope that the final distribution will be made be the year end but I can’t confirm that at present until the sale auction has concluded and whether the assets are sold.

I don't understand why we haven't heard anything about the cash from the escrow account. Please don't tell me it's being used for expenses. It was expected to become available at the end of September.I want to know did it and how much.Surely there should be some news at this stage.

I understand KPMG have set up a data room and auction process in an attempt to sell off the remaining portfolio either as one lot or,if that's not feasible,as separate lots. There's access to a data room for those who are interested.Timeline shows Dec.31 ,2020 as the final date for offers I believe.

As far as I understand, the escrow account cash ( somewhere between $1.6 and $3 million) should become available by or shortly after the 30th September. It's been a long wait. The other main litigation asset is basically gone belly-up with the company against whom the award was won filing for liquidation,as one does.If there's anything left over,we could still be in clover!

From KPMG
The AGM occurred on 27 July 2020 and I can confirm both resolutions were passed.

In terms of next steps we are still progressing with the sale asset process. Once the escrow or assets are realised then there will be an interim distribution followed by a final distribution.

What does the KMPG liquidators report say? My shares are held through nominee account at Hargreaves Lansdowne, and it only gets posted to them, and they are not forwarding it on to shareholders. It is not posted direct to me.

It has been mentioned previously in past few days we may only receive a few pence per share that we hold as investors. Any idea how this figure was arrived at?
