I'd doubt you'll be able to hold in an ISA once they delist, but ask your broker.

I bought a few thousand of these in my ISA today should i sell after dividend tomorrow or hang on till wind up and liquidation ? any advice guys is appreciated ie what happens next ? Do the shares get divided by the monetary assets in escrow and reserve or are we the last in the foodchain and get next to nothing in Sept 2020

Escrow Reserve

The Company holds an interest in an escrow reserve of US$3.0 million held by an appointed escrow agent. The escrow was established to cover certain potential contingencies stemming from the Company's investment in Investment 3608-A. Proceeds from this reserve, valued at US$1.6 million as at 30 June 2018, after contingent payments, if any, are expected to be remitted to the Company by, or shortly after, September 2020.

Well,this is not,strictly speaking,investible.However,as a long suffering shareholder (like a broken marriage,we shouldn't forget all the good times),I've just instructed my broker to buy one last 5K (euro) worth.She used the term ' investing' and I told her that was much too strong a verb.She didn't find it humourous.

Probably not the 7p we hoped for but surely better than the current share price? My money is on nearer 3p or perhaps 4p tops. Any thoughts?

It's laughable, and huge differences in interpretation and compliance. I got sorted with IG.

At the start of the year I had a string of I/Ts that I couldn't trade thru' Barclays for exactly this reason. some had KIDs that Barclays didn't seem satisfied with, though they didn't say why. Chas Stanley seemed more flexible and would trade so long as there was some sort of KID.

I've looked at the Juridica one and it says nothing useful, except for reminding me that the trust is being wound up. And, how can it? Gain or loss depends on the outcomes of the remaining litigation. More generally these documents tell me what to expect from an I/T if growth follows past pattens, whilst the I/T management group's website informs me (more correctly) that the past is no certain guide to the future. They're a waste of paper, or electrons.

But the fact is you can't buy unless You, and the Broker have shown that they have read it - or at least parts of it.
