03/1/2018 07:36 | I think they have a duty to update us on progress however. I'm optimistic but a bit disappointed they haven't respected shareholders with a timely update. | plasybryn
02/1/2018 16:42 | Before you do that and risk losing a good payout, it may be worth emailing Juridica and their investment manager to remind them of the commitment they made to update investors of the wind up position by the end of 2017. Info@bkaml.com (investment manager) and contactus@juridica.c | pbanus
02/1/2018 16:35 | Sold a small few (50,000) at the close.I expected a positive RNS by now.If I hear nothing I may start selling batches of 100,000 over the week ,as a risk reducing measure. | djderry
29/12/2017 18:53 | Anyone for the last few choc-ices,as we say here.I suspect we are on American time,I decided not to cash out but to stay to the bitter end.I hope it turns out like Contentfilm, where years later, having delisted, some Austrian Prince bought out the shareholders at a nice premium. I'm not making that story up,although it has the makings of a Christmas fairytale. | djderry
28/12/2017 13:25 | very true, they've got until the end of tomorrow to pay out or put an update message out | pbanus
28/12/2017 12:29 | The Board of Directors and the Company's Manager continue to work to monetise all of the Company's remaining investments by 31 December 2017 however, should circumstances require the continuation of investments beyond 2017, the Board will make appropriate arrangements as required. The Board will announce any such arrangements before the end of 2017. | neilyb675
22/12/2017 15:23 | Mmmmmmmmmm | neilyb675
22/12/2017 09:52 | on 19th Dec someone block bought £78,000 of Juridica shares, hopefully they know something :-) We should be getting an update next Weds, Thurs or Fri. | pbanus
19/12/2017 16:58 | date should read 31st Dec '17 | pbanus
19/12/2017 16:56 | @nigelmoat. I think the market makers know something here. £50k of stock sold recently and the share price didn't fall. Today twice the volume of sales to buys and the share price rises?? Just patience needed on this one I think. Juridica have stated that if they don't wind up by 31st Dec '18, they'll give a market update by 31st Dec. I suspect they won't do the full liquidation, but will announce a dividend perhaps payable in January, with another proposed date for full wind up. | pbanus
19/12/2017 16:00 | Was hoping for a Christmas present from here by now. Got to be an update/divi very soon. | nigelmoat
11/12/2017 19:20 | Interesting to see that someone dropped £50,000 of stock today and it didn't move the share price... | pbanus
01/12/2017 08:32 | Tick tock! | plasybryn
22/11/2017 12:28 | Agreed very imminent,✔ | neilyb675
21/11/2017 11:37 | Must be an announcement due imminently regarding at least another BIG dividend given that the intention was for a wind up by 31st Dec 2017. Even if it spills over in part to next year I would think we'll be getting something this side of Christmas? | pbanus
06/11/2017 12:29 | @Neilb675 that's what I think :-) | pbanus
06/11/2017 12:01 | 10p plus 10p | neilyb675
06/11/2017 11:44 | @ Neilyb675 Do you mean investors will achieve 10p as at 31 Dec'17 when the fund is due to be wound up, or do you mean a 10p dividend on top of the existing 10.5p share price, meaning a total payout of 20.5p for share holders on the register when the decision regarding the wind up value is made (assuming it is wound up by 31st Dec'17? Given the existing NAV of 17.93, which hasn't been updated for a few weeks now, it would appear there is considerable upside in terms of purchasing something in the region of 18p of value for 10.5p for a holding period of just over a month. | pbanus
31/10/2017 12:27 | 10p final payout div imvhpo ✔ | neilyb675
31/10/2017 10:44 | This is very encouraging & somewhat unexpected! More please. | plasybryn
30/10/2017 19:54 | Shedloads, pesky predictive text. | djderry
30/10/2017 19:53 | It's like hanging on to a volatile ex, some of us just can't let it go! I've still got shed loads of these ( thankfully have loads of Burford as well) but I've really got my stockbroker to thank, instead of handing me back seedlings of cash from the last 'dividend'(it's really a capital return),he went off and drip bought a ton more, there're now up 34%! He's not so useless after all! | djderry |
