I think you have to scroll down to the very end of all the emails to find the pdf file. Sorry there are all my exchanges with KPMG but get to the bottom & you should find it. Let me know if that doesn't work.

My reading of the update is that they are expecting the final amount to be nearer the low case. But perhaps there is an element of me trying to manage my expectations.

Well, I emailed John and Julie and have heard nothing back.With over 600,000 of these ,surely I deserve a reply.I may need litigation finance to secure my rights!!

John Casey telephoned me this afternoon. I asked him if he expected the main (interim) payout to be in October following termination of Escrow requirements. He confirmed this was hopefully the plan. The remaining assets he has no idea yet how much they will realise or when the sales will be concluded & therefore when the final monies will be paid

Ok, haven't heard back yet.Back of the envelope calculations; Number of shares outstanding ;110 million (110,34000) as of Dec 2017,so low figure is 1.2pence per share,higher estimate 5.5 pence per share.Not having seen the report yet,I can't see why there's such a wide estimate.Surely they would have fairly clear estimate by this stage.

It says termination of Escrow requirements expected to occur by end of September 2020.
I think the summary numbers are $8,078,383 high/ $1.7m low.
So Interim distribution following realisation of Escrow or sale of assets - say October do you think?
Final distribution - no idea.
Do you know how much that is roughly per share?

I received the same message but have not yet received the report.Has anyone any news on what,if any,residual NAV? That's not confidential information.Or a timeline to dispersel of the escrow account? I may award some of my hundreds of thousands of shares for information I find useful!

Thanks all for the above.Does anyone know where the report will be available?I've still got many hundreds of thousands of these and always knew it would be a long haul.Last night (or was it in the wee hours) I was going through the career trajectories of the officers of JIL,Lord Brennan,Richard Fields,etc.Our former CEO runs (among other things) a high powered law firm .I wonder what litigation funder ( if any) they use now.Could it be Burford,where I am very heavily invested? They (Bur) did a 130 million dollar deal with an unnamed law firm back in 2019 but were giving nothing away when I put that question to Christopher Bogart,the Burford CEO ,during an investor presentation during the week.

Remember this? “The liquidators have a duty to report to investors as soon as possible following the anniversary of the liquidation in December.

I would expect an annual report detailing the conduct of the liquidation will be sent in early January.”

Obviously they forgot to say January 2021!!!

Hey Plasybryn, I just received a reply and the 'next week' trick has been pulled again. KPMG have been staggeringly bad at handling this. What's the chance that the annual report actually has any information? More likely that it'll be full of future tense waffle and vague commitments about keeping investors informed.
