Have you (or anyone else) seen my recent letter/email to CJ?

Of course you haven't...............or you wouldn't be posting what you do.

The Official Receiver(aka liquidator THINK) suggests my "public examination".I agree and will have a stenographer there to reproduce all that is said and will post it all immediately.

Your "mentor" now knows he and his "associates" are going down for a long stretch.

I told you at the outset this was a long game.

Seems to me that the UK authorities will want to interview you about what you knew about money transfers made when you were publishing (as webmaster) "there's no money left in the Action Fund" statements when you knew that was total tosh as CJ and the 2 Downs were plundering the "other" account.

Have a good weekend - and one day learn that you personally were at the very epicentre of a conspiracy to defraud shareholders - and you knew all about it which is why you asked for your money back.

......and......I notice you & ABarclayman STILL don't answer the questions put to you on here - by providing facts and evidence to the unsubstantiated allegations made.

By the way, got friends flying in tonight for a long weekend for partly sailing and partly fishing trip. So will be up at sparrow's fart tomorrow morning and be off-line for next 4/5 days. Maybe there will be some facts and evidence made available on my return? Wont hold my breath. In the meantime, post anything away to me and as always I'll respond directly and openly on my return next week.

To take the points in the order you make them :-

You must be clairvoyant to know how many people read this thread.
Ask ADVFN.com themselves how many 'hits' this thread gets. Think you'll be very surprised. And proven to be, yet again, wrong with what you state.
And if as you believe not many read here - why do you bother posting yourself? Especially when you have your other website to post away until your hearts content.

D. Have already posted on here such about the plastic dog excrement. Read back. You obviously have a selective memory.

E. My not reading what you now call the TSAG site has absolutely nowt to do with having any 'spat' with Ali Onder. Think last time I read that site was when posters were having their post defaced on there. 17 April 2006 time !! Saw no point after that. I'm reliably told it's clearly been the same few posters who post there, most probably under more than one nick.

As to Ali Onder - what you say is most interesting. So, anyone calling him a thief allows/justifies him to commit criminal acts does it, in retaliation? O'Neil publically branded Jones a thief and a liar. Did that give CJ licence to commit cowardly criminal acts against O'Neil? Of course it didn't. Did all 7 individual JAG/JUS members/shareholders who all have had cowardly criminal acts committed against them, all call Ali Onder a thief? Of course they didn't.
Your logic/rationale is perverse in the extreme.

edit. forgot to mention billy youre wrong about me posting only recently (better edit quick!) i registered and posted on JUS in 2002.

edit2. you know from tsag about Mark Hardy lying in court and personally getting money from Lawey and Indigo. Are you involved in a cover up aswell or just worried about your past close involvement with Hardy?
