Oh, c'mon now AB - you know full well that you and CJ are more than welcome to come on here anytime to answer any JAG/shareholder related questions.
Why don't you both break the habit of a lifetime and start?
Answer Adie's questions. Your starter for 10 if you like.

If not, can only suggest that you:-

(1) stick to the shopping.
and/or,
(ii) stick to posting on CJ's corrupt website with your Brother in Arms Acelogic aka Ali Onder, who as you know was the site's originator and Webmaster - and who is by all accounts still a regular poster there.

ABarclayman - I certainly have nothing to be guilty about over JUST. Au contraire I am quite proud about my stance on things, which in hindsight have appeared to be more correct and realistic than most posters expectations! Perhaps you could let me know what you think I should feel guilty about, or would you rather just cast aspersions without anything to back it up?

Did you answer the question about the ID you previously posted under on this BB, before you recently created ABarclayman? What with your anti MH posts (and not pro JUST shareholders in an attempt to finding the truth) then you cannot blame posters for concluding that you are not the innocent shareholder that you try to make yourself out to be.

So what about CJ in all of this. Do you not think he has more questions to answer then MH? Of course he does (and other directors more so), but you concentrate 100% of your time on MH ( at the bottom of the pile) and anyone else opposed to CJ. And you say you don't have a personal vendetta!!!

Regards

Tunde

Did he not take up your offer to phone you then?
Suspect you might be able to catch him on CJ's corrupt website inbetween posts of ABarclayman & gartshore.
Though be very careful what you post there - as you might well encounter the wrath of the resident Bernie Madoff of JAG/JUS hustle fame. He might well want to come to the aid of Mr Onder again.

How can I be missing the point - when all I'm doing is asking questions?

How can someone I haven't met, let alone spoken to in 2 years be termed a good mate?

Keep making the conspiracy theories & lies up - they're far more interesting than your usual meaningless c&ps from that corrupt website you post on.

Will leave this BB/thread to the usual nutter over the weekend. Anyway golf on Sat & sailing on Sun are far more enjoyable activities.

....and not to forget that burning question :-

Who owned Hardy's home?

Will shareholders be able to sleep this weekend not knowing the answer to that?

Yeah, shopping to do. That figures.

Ref BD and "long talks". Shareholders quite possibly had every right to get excited about the 4Point deal.
If only we had the money we implied we had and they had the properties that they implied they had. It might have been oh so different. LMFAO - not.

Nonetheless AB, I'm very pleased to see after all these years you're now seemingly showing a tangible interest in justice for shareholders via this public BB after so many years of apparently the opposite. Silence & non-posting being the complete opposite in my book.
Why now though?

On the payment(s) made by Indigo.
How much?
What for exactly?
Was it paid to Hardy or to Think?
Does the OR know about it?
What's her reaction?
Is payment(s) illegal?
Didn't Hardy post on here yonks ago that he'd sold or transferred certain ips to Lawley? Or is my memory playing tricks now?
Was Lawley ever a major creditor of Think?
Was/is Hardy owed money by Think?

Billy my memory may be fudged i have craving for vanilla and it may have taken its toll over many years.

I do recall the 4point thing but seem to recall shareholders getting excited i dont think i'm mistaken, fudge or no fudge!

I dont have a commrade letalone a turkish one. Unfortunately comments like that go to show how its all gone wrong and why Messrs Downs calderbank hardy et al have walked away scot free...posting documents or no posting of documents by Mr Hardy which was jolly clever given the latest revelations from gartshore!

Thats me done for now, shopping to do.

Your memory is clearly fudged then. As I don't recall anyone posting such as you say with BD. In fact the one time I spoke with him he was pretty 'cool' about the prospects of any relist. But strongly felt that the deal with 4Point offered the best prospect of it ever materialising.

And, 'no' I don't evidently feel guilty - just that your reference to it reminded me of what actually was boringly posted countless times by your good Turkish commrade in arms about my looooooong conversation(s) with who he boringly claimed was my boy friend.

LOL @ The Terminator

I've been around for years & years asking shareholder related questions that never, ever get answered.

Yet, in return, I've always been entirely open & honest to any question whatsoever put to me on here, or anywhere else for that matter.
In fact, have never failed once to answer any question.

Empty threats from 2 relatively 'new' ADVFN usernames after 7+ years only sound daft and make me laugh.

My attention to detail is not an issue but reading your post, yours clearly is!
Who is CP? And i have no personal issues with anyone as much as you'd like readers to think otherwise! Out of curiosity, what were Think assets worth as you obviously know so much? Also, how much has Mr Hardy received in total from Indigo?

Billy connolley

i only recall on here people saying they'd spoken a lot to Mr Downs and were waiting for a guaranteed relist! I wasn't referring to anyone in particular!
You evidently feel guilty about something by your reply to little old me.
