Montara problem turned out to be less of an issue than expected - the shares have reacted accordingly. I fortunately managed to get in not far ashy of the recent lows and increased my exposure. I offloaded those late last week for a very tidy profit. I retain my previous core holding.

Will wait for any pullback, if one occurs, to potentially add more again.

Incidentally, I have taken some AXL at around 17.5p or so. Not without risk, but should do reasonably well from here.

Fwiw.... I'm holding JSE to print 1 Mio quid profit...ie. 140 PPS up, which imo will happen sometime next year. It's just a game for me as I don't need the money, but I've never printed a bar before in one hit. JSE will be the one.

Well done, and don't bother buying TXP like the "in club" here all own....JSE is exponentially far better value .

Use some of that £80k profit to get someone with a basic knowledge of JSE and a modicum of wit to write your posts. That material might work with the ladyboy community, we're a more discerning mob on here.

Thanks for the info, but I don't need it. Use the filter button.....it's far easier.

We try not to do porno name calling on here. Most of us are LTH and it keeps things nicer if we don't have to think up new rude words all the time..

Taurus I don't dispute that but up until recently the converse could be said. There is still very large upside for TXP but less "diversity" of assets and plays. I also hold AXL and feel when the potential warrant issue winds down this could be an excellent share with what looks to be one of the best current management teams in the business! SOUC could revalue as well with various expected price increases? To be honest my portfolio mirrors MTs quite a bit I'd say, for which I have him to thank and, hope he is progressing well, which puts all of our respective investment woes in perspective - one might add!
Best of luck all.

TTB On the face of it AXL looks good, and with a mkt cap of 41 Mio and no debt it's making far more than TXP at 3-4 X the mkt cap. I'll have another look .Thanks for that. ;+)

JSE has more value than TXP, most of which has been created by poor management this year. Whether that will continue remains to be seen. Whilst we all (should) know that investment isn't an either/or game, I prefer AXL. :0)

Oh dear, another dissatisfied customer sucking on a big loss and throwing his toys out of the pram. You'll be pleased to know that I'm up nearly 80k already on what I hold here. If you hang around, JSE will perform very well for it's shareholders. Imo, far better than anything else that's out there.

Fwiw, imo, JSE has exponentially more value than TXP, which is the reason why I own 890k JSE shares and nothing in TXP. It's not my fault that you who own TXP can't accept a contrarian view point without chucking your toys out of the pram. Added to which, this the JSE BB........well it was the last time that I looked.

chessman2That would be a shame. However, if you feel that way you should just do it instead of giving me a public warning.

B60, I’m a holder here and at TXP, and still underwater at both despite buying more here at 22p and 55p at TXP.

I have to say that like MT I don’t filter many posters but you are coming close.

CLN is a convertible (into equity) loan note/bond.......normally issued to companies that struggle to get financing by other means. There's various conditions attached.... The Hemogenyx one (Mint the lender) when MadVlad the CEO tapped into the loan they could convert at a 15% discount to market price, and also given pre warning no doubt forward sold as well as getting the 15% discount. In less than 3 months the share issuance went from circa 300 Mio to over 900 Mio and the share price fell from 9p
to 1.2p.
Now you know what a CLN is......and you can now sound intelligent when you talk about it (maybe).

You don't own any JSE shares then? Or maybe you've bought and sold already....,
