07/9/2023 07:42 | With further wells being brought back online in recent days, production has increased to c.8,000 bbls/d. This figure includes some flush production, and it is expected that average Montara production will return to pre-shutdown levels of c.6,000 bbls/d over the coming days. | 11_percent

07/9/2023 02:46 | Another LSE poster guestimate. For next year next year guestimates have ranged from 1 to 2 quid a share (all things going to plan) I'm going for 150 pps. Let's not forget there are at least 2 other projects, apart from Akatara that are scheduled for coming on stream in 2024 .........Thailand is one. It's all on the JSE website. From LSE poster"Akatara will be on stream and then its Too late!!!!, we will be off to the races, imo £2 the target in second half of 2024......" | badger60
06/9/2023 16:43 | We need a lot more buying than the 378,000 trade just shown. The next RNS from the company should push us further up. | chessman2
06/9/2023 16:02 | Large trade just gone through ! | s34icknote
06/9/2023 14:04 | The fixed Montara FPSO started taking on 1k bod 5 days ago, so maybe they've now started upping the capacity towards 6k bod. | badger60
06/9/2023 12:20 | Trying to buy them back is gonna be the problem! | badger60
06/9/2023 12:17 | Ok . Assuming 12 mio short, that's 120k for every 1p up or down. Again, assuming it's up that's a loss and there's also borrowing cost or margin call on SB etc. to pay. Ouch!! | badger60
06/9/2023 11:36 | .....and this may well explain the very wide ADFN bid to offer dealing spread. | badger60
06/9/2023 11:33 | Interesting.... the share borrowing volume (hopefully shorters)really jumped in June and July which means a max of 50 PPS down to well below where we are now.So at current share price levels many shorts (assuming 12+mio) are under water. They can't rock the boat because there is very little free float, and much of the slack dumped by the losers has been bought up by people like me....ie investors. At some time they are going to have to cover...... prisoner's dilemma, I wonder which one is going to take the first bite? | badger60
06/9/2023 10:20 | Dh knows a lot about the oil patch. | fardels bear
06/9/2023 10:08 | DheedI'm very happy to be filtered by cretins like you....;+) | badger60
06/9/2023 09:33 | 19600 - thanks very much FB. I only reserve round '000's now though mate! Re badger60 - FFS I've had to put them on filter - talk about the antithesis of r123 (etc.!) - lol. | dunderheed
06/9/2023 09:13 | What is interesting is that most of the buying from the 21p low has not been short covering but real buyers, albeit investors, like me, or traders. Excellent news imo. | badger60
06/9/2023 09:03 | Hi ya winnet...have you stopped moaning yet? | badger60 |
