I think there is a strong possibility that we will get the RNS tomorrow. But I'm not worried if we have to wait a bit longer.

In his last web broadcast, Leon implied that a potentially lucrative deal with Zambia was on the cards. In these Covid driven times, who knows how long it takes to dot the Is and gross the Ts. If he intends to add the completion of such a potential deal to the 6 monthly update, then so be it.

Just my speculation, of course.

If II's were worried about the 6 month operations update not being released same time as last year, I'm sure they would phone Leon.

Leon is most likely very busy working to complete a big deal, so more important for him to complete that as soon as possible, than use valuable time to get the 6 month update out. Remember, if you plan to stay invested to see the company continue it's rapid growth then far better to let Leon focus on getting good deals done. The quicker deals are done the faster the company will grow and the higher the share price will go. So we ALL benefit.

Of course traders will not be happy, as they want to see spikes in share price to sell for a quick profit and probably some bought around 12th thinking the update would be released same as last year. It looks like many of them sold yesterday.

Onwards and Upwards from here methinks.

That is weak imo, and I said so to Leon at the time.

Maybe they should call the JLP reporting standard "The Jubilee Way".

No commitment to at what point after the six monthly period this will be issued. I'm fairly tolerant with what for me is still a very LTH. To be fair though I would start to feel a bit frustrated probably by the end of next week.

Hi wyk,

The point imo, is that six month reporting standards are poor enough when most other companies report quarterly. To then not be able to present the 6 monthlies within in a timely manner is simply not up to the current standard and makes them look slapdash and chaotic, from what is otherwise a really progressive company.

GSG, possibly but I don't think they need to commit to a timeline and in such a transformational period for the business why would they? At what point does investor impatience become company negligence (not quite the right word)? I don't post very often but i've held JLP for 3 years or more so another 3 days or 3 weeks doesn't concern me as long as the content is positive.

6 month production figures delayed by a couple of weeks compared with last year's. Could be easily explained by someone being on holiday at the wrong time. Doesn't necessarily mean a thing.

Sh, appreciate the SLP limitations…maybe over exposed to Rhodium and little expansion in mind. I think I’m just sharing everyone’s frustration at the lack of an update. Leon said this year is about deliver, deliver, deliver. Just want to see it’s happening. Also on the side would like to see the share price trade a little higher (or a lot)!
