Bullster .. the fact is that you raise cash with new shares which adds to balance sheet value . But 45% means your existing shares devalue to accommodate the new issue . So I for one don’t want to see an share price of 3.85P !! Anyway Leon has stated no dilution .. his reputation is on the line with existing shareholders on this one .

Plat .. I wish I had triple bagged on all my holding ! This is where I am at but also took profit on 500k shares @ 5.66p .. pretty much same time as you ... then got 125k back at 5.2p and happy to sit tight with what I have to see if we can get the double digit share price everyone on the boards seems to think we will get .

Highest price paid: 5.20p
Lowest price paid: 2.23p
Weighted average price paid: 3.84p

Kenny100 million easy, where do you want to start from, the original BMR transaction or execution of Roan?We should start from BMR as without it, we're not even in Zambia buying Sable and pretending it's for Kabwe clean up whilst retrofitting it for copper production but all that is around 40 million. I'll leave that to you though.Roan phase is circa 40 million... the cost of the processing plant is circa 25 million I think leon stated and 15 million is set aside for the purchase of the copper acquisitions. Then there's Elephant, who knows total cost here but to double sables output then there has to be another refinery purchase included.100 million looks quite conservative to me.Only take 5 years of pgms at record prices to cover that.

You are the man then.Looks like Advfn never added those 95m shares to the total issuance.Well, 4.5% more shares issued in June 2020. Without shareholders approval in Dec 2019 they wouldnt be able to do it and wouldnt secure this deal.

Marmar apologies, it wasn't a placing.JLP gave them a 5 million (back hander with share holder cash) erm i mean advance on funding. Advance funding for what, exactly? JLP already assigned themselves as project executors and funders. Why did they need 5 million upfront?

Ok man, you partially won it.I made mistake saying that no new shares have been issued in the last 12 months. However my aim was to say No new shares have been issued after the last year AGM.See what I mean.We had 2,017,509,573 shares after the last placing in November 2019.AGM was on 6/12/2019. One of the resolutions was to allow the company to issue 100% more shares.Resolution has been passed. As of today we still have 2,017,509,573 shares and new AGM in December with resolution to let them issue 15 and 30%. Leon said they not planning any equity rise, so I take it as a word. If you look positively you will also see a resolution to allow them buy back 15% shares. That's how I see it.

That wasn't even the last placing, the issuance is 2.1 You're forgetting the dilution for the acquisition of the first tailings dam

“No news shares have been issued in the last 12 months”

These shares were issued within the last 12 months . You don’t understand the dilution factor ... you don’t know there was a share issue ... but you are correcting me 🤷‍a94;️

Plat ... cards on table .. where you get 100m from ? Is that Rand ; dollars or £ and where the fek you getting that from ?

Kenny 52-why are you taking Plathunter figures of £100 million as read?
Until he is able to provide evidence that his capital expenditure figures are correct he appears to be just plucking figures out of the air in an attempt to deramp the share?
Please review my post regarding the near term cash resources of the company which are based on information published by JLP and not the ramblings of Plathunter,
Leon has also said that no further share issuing fund raising is required

Marmar80 ... you really need to do research ... on 14/11/2019 JLP announced :

Jubilee Metals Group Plc ("Jubilee" or "the Company"), the AIM and Altx traded metals processing company, is pleased to announce that the Company has raised £6.49 million (ZAR 124.45 million) (before expenses) through a placing of 162,208,900 new ordinary shares in the Company ("Placing Shares") at a price of 4 pence per share (the "Placing"). The Placing Shares represent approximately 8.0% of the enlarged issued share capital.

They call Colin Bird the confetti canon ... so when any suggestion of dilution rears it’s ugly head then I for one get nervous .

Have a good weekend

Homeytheclown ... thanks for that . Just with Plat reckoning on 100mn to set up the copper and reviewing the cash balances at year end then we do seem to become reliant on the basket price holding alongside production to generate that kind of cash . Cannot recall ever seeing a rights issue in the past so maybe the message there is if we have to go to the market the shareholders will get the chance of a corner . I am not against dilution per se it’s just that JLP have done so much of it I don’t think shareholders will take much more and it’s time patience was rewarded IMHO .

Checked the last year AGM resolutions in November and see some similarity. Shareholders have voted for allotment of new shares of 18M nominal value (100% more). No news shares have been issued in the last 12 months.Relax. Have a nice weekend.
