Year on Year...EPS keeps growing, whilst cash at hand keeps falling.Of course they need a placing.

That depends which comments you mean Kenny. Plathunter has named everything but an asteroid strike as a threat to jubilee. Even if he did say anything sensible it's lost amongst his dribble.

You are wrong here man. Go for the value in GBP, not 45% figure

Well said Honeytheclown.
Plathunter is like a kite blowing in a hurricane.I don’t know why he thinks he has more inside knowledge on JLPs operations than the board of directors or institional investors.
He should either provide hard evidence that the copper tailing project are too expensive
I.e discounted cash flow projections or projected profit and loss accounts or just stop his constant unsupported deramping.
I don’t know why he thinks he is more an expert on JLP prospects than all the professionals

I am hoping it is there just as a backup . If they need the cash they can do placings . If JLP can do placings .... they usually do ! 45% is what it says ... don’t forget marmar these are 1p ordinary shares and the % is of issued share capital . I just hope Leon has not been to the sweetie shop then realised he has not got the money to do the deals.
Marmar ... no error .
At current MCAP of 160m that is about 72m ... Plat’s figures and comments not looking so baseless it would seem .

Directors talk. definitely no capital raise on the agenda, from cash flow and borrowing, says they have good access to borrowing when needed. hxxps://www.directorstalk.net/jubilee-metals-group-deliver-a-solid-set-of-results-interview/

Plathunter

I don't know why you keep voicing your disapproval of the copper recovery stream. It seems like you think you know more than the BOD. JLP has multiple opportunities open to them, they were not forced to invest into copper. JLP are chasing/investing heavily into copper and have had a year to evaluate the decision before doing so. I trust their judgement that JLP can make a good return on their investment. Unless you
have some hard evidence that the copper recovery stream will not be a good investment, stop your baseless biased negative commentary.

Aaa okk. Many thanks. So the dilution will be very small, if voted for, if needed, if done in practice some time next year.

marmar80,

Those figures are worked out at the nominal 1p value.

Nominal value of a security, often referred to as face or par value, is its redemption price and is normally stated on the front of that security. With respect to bonds and stocks, it is the stated value of an issued security, as opposed to its market value.

I think we should all chip in from our huge profits to get him into drug rehab. At least then I will feel a bit better about making so much tax free money.

Plathunter the prophet of doom back posting his normal nonsense
Of course there is a chance a plane might crash into my house in the next ten minutes just as there is a very small chance that pgm prices might crash and all of a suddenly no one will want to buy Cooper..You could go on any share board and say if this happens or that happens the shareprice will fall.Yet Plathunter spends all his time and effort talking down this share price because he sold at the wrong moment
Should have purchased at 6p a couple of weeks ago Mr Plathunter.

The nominal value of JLP shares is 1p.

30% of 2,018,000,000 shares in issue x 1p = £6,054,000
