He's already admitted to it, I guess that's the first step. But unfortunately he doesn't think it's doing any harm.We can all see his delusional posts so I beg to differ.

Kenny, it was fully paid for yes, then written down and if it was for wages then that's even worse.Long term assets get bought with USD, they stay on the books as USD. Simples. What on earth will happen when zambia defaults at Christmas if that's the case?

Omg ... Plat ... you got a massive short to close ain’t you ? Feel for you if you have . Wages will be paid in ZAR and capitalised if research and development . Tut tut .. you should know this and 23m just jumped to 27m . Any such write down is non cash on assets already fully paid for . You have lost the plot kiddo. 47million now I see ... wow.

Kenny, there's an impairment or adjustment every year that equals EBITDA NET EARNINGS.I envisage 46 million next year, so that's 23 million for the usual practices. The busier they get the more they can lose and pass it off as performance.

He hasn't got an explanation m, he's a bitter fool. How come he didn't realise all this supposed fraud was going on three weeks ago when he held the shares.

What assets were bought in zar equal to 27 million sterling.I've not seen one single RNS that has zar as an acquisition denomination. This is also why USD is used as the international norm for trade as it's a reserve currency.Who are JLP dealing with to spending so much ZAR, local tribesman or serious international companies?

23 million ... your calculations and assumptions ? You cannot just wildly band these figures about with no explanation Plat ... as otherwise you are potentially misleading the market ... as you well know .

If they are all non cash then it makes no real difference to EPS and cashflow .

Jlp are making at least $5 million per month, more than enough to pay for expansion..... the druggy has an agenda and won't let it go.

I have just sent off a email to Leon Coetzer, Colin Bird, Shard Capital Partners and Jamie Cassell (Senior Statutory Auditor)on behalf of Saffery Champness auditors, being accused of accounting fraud by Plathunter. Lets see what happens....

timhigginson .. I too had a problem with this but the assets were bought and reflected in ZAR so yes we are South African and therefore at the end of each year if the currency weakens then the assets devalue when reporting in $ . As has been explained to me .. it really is a non entity as it is non cash and think of it this way ... if we now buy in ZAR for future projects then it’s a lot cheaper in $ value . As we get $ for gold it puts us in a stronger position to buy locally . Swings and roundabouts but non cash write off.
