I think we should all chip in from our huge profits to get him into drug rehab. At least then I will feel a bit better about making so much tax free money.

Plathunter the prophet of doom back posting his normal nonsense
Of course there is a chance a plane might crash into my house in the next ten minutes just as there is a very small chance that pgm prices might crash and all of a suddenly no one will want to buy Cooper..You could go on any share board and say if this happens or that happens the shareprice will fall.Yet Plathunter spends all his time and effort talking down this share price because he sold at the wrong moment
Should have purchased at 6p a couple of weeks ago Mr Plathunter.

The nominal value of JLP shares is 1p.

30% of 2,018,000,000 shares in issue x 1p = £6,054,000

Resolution 6 has a mistake. It's a vote to allot 10m worth of shares, not 45%, up o end of 2021 year

Kenny, correction to pgm prices and Jubes have negative cashflow and no buffer.Copper is hugely expensive and this is exactly why the pgm earnings should be ring fenced.JLP are rolling the dice in an attempt to sprint before they can walk.

Ordinary resolution 6 :

That the Directors be generally and unconditionally authorised, pursuant to and in accordance with Section 551 of the Companies Act 2006 of the United Kingdom (“the Act”), in substitution for all previous powers granted to them thereunder, (but without prejudice to the continuing power of the Directors pursuant to an offer or agreement made by the Company before the date this resolution is passed to allot Relevant Securities (as defined below)):(i) to allot shares in the Company or grant rights, warrants or options to subscribe for, or convert any relevant security into shares in the Company (together “Relevant Securities”) up to an aggregate nominal amount of £ 3 168 764 representing approximately 15% of the total issued share capital of the Company, as at the last practicable date prior to the date of this notice, pursuant to arrangements made between the 2020 AGM and the 2021 AGM; and(ii) to exercise all the powers of the Company to allot and make offers to allot Relevant Securities up to an aggregate nominal amount £ 6 337 529 (representing approximately 30% of the total issued share capital of the Company, as at the last practicable date prior to the date of this notice);

What do investors on here make of this ?

Just received the AGM agenda.

Up to the value of 45% of the companies issued share capital to be raised.

15% of that offered to shareholders by way of open offer, rights issue or other.

Subject to voting for resolution 6

So, it appears all those who voted for johnson might get the worst of all possible worlds. Labour taxes and Tory (couldn't care less about anyone else) values. All mine are in ISA's so unless they stop them it won't make a difference in the UK.

Slightly off topic I would urge everyone to write to their M.P regarding the proposals from the Office for Tax Simplifications (perhaps it should be called the Office for tax simpletons!) regarding their recommendations to hike capital gains tax rates to make them the same as income tax rates.Their report appears to be a close copy of the 2019 Labour manifesto concerning capital gains tax.The proposals will make our capital gains tax rates virtually the highest in the developed World,reduce transactions in the housing market and stock exchange and most importantly discourage entrepreneurs from making investments to create new jobs and wealth.It will also cost us a lot of money in respect of our long term gains in JLP when we cash our chips in.

I would add that due to his approach providing remediation of what are historically created environmental hazards he's got the Zambian government onside which is likely to lead to far more on the surface resource availability....the possibilities are almost endless and multi metal.
