Seriously Ade, what is the point of not having things you want, chocolate being an important point. Surely the 70% doesn't harm? I eat 4 pieces per day and I'm a fighting fit 90kg. Cooked breakfast once a week. Loads of red meat and veggies.

Agree chocolate, but the high cocoa solid dark chocolate (60%+) is meant to be OK.

Two or one meal/day with me.

No seed oils ever.

Reduce carbs to a minimum.

I've lost 18 lbs over the past 6 weeks intentionally.

I concur on the flax and olive oil Ade. I would add 2 x Huel black edition prote9n shakes per day, with rice milk and peanut butter. We need to look after our muscles.

Have to agree with the whole of that formula .I'll try to give the Covid a miss except I'm in a hotel in Padova waiting to check out with a filthy cold (I think) and not looking forward to a 6 or 7 hour railway journey back across the Alps.

i would add to that, regular exercise, home cooked food and expensive wine only
a tablespoon of stone ground olive oil every morning
and lots of flax

Yes numbers pretty much as expected but net debt will probably spook the market. Disappointing he didn’t up the copper guidance but it will happen soon.
