It is a non-event and happens all of the time. There is no rationale to consider it negative, only in your head.

SB - please can you enlighten me with the positive reasons for probably one of the 2 most important company roles leaving in such a short space of time could be?

"A CFO leaving the role around 12 months in is nothing other than negative..." You haven't a clue....

Good news - last nights US interest rate cut has seen metal prices increasing :)

I have to agree with Frog here. A CFO leaving the role around 12 months in is nothing other than negative...There could be various reasons - but all have negative elements - poor recruitment, not up to the job, unable to cope, better offer received elsewhere etc. How negative is the question, hopefully not large. Recruiting a new CFO takes the boards time, attention and likely incurs head hunter fees. The new incumbent will also take several months to really get into the role and add real value etc.

Time to JLP to deliver...otherwise the share price will continually languish.

Same agenda Ade? Very suspect too. Lots of smoke and mirrors here. Filtered.

Leon is going to be on the Sunday Roast and will be asked about Neale's departure.

Hopefully we are getting someone on the board with good banking credentials and connections.

Posts on here aren't going to make management work harder to improve our investment. I would think Slater is worth hundreds or thousands of us in that respect and I would assume that he is pressing hard. Moaning here is less effective than flooding the company with emails and asking more pointed questions at the AGM and webinars (if we get anymore). We should concentrate on that but the number of active people on these two boards isn't going to make a massive difference.

Frogkid .. none of us know how good or bad Reynolds is / was . Maybe Leon has pushed him as he is not up to the job ? To suggest he has walked because there are financial issues is unsupported and imho either paranoia or scaremongering ? There again .. you could be bang on but surely they would have to RNS any financial problems leading to this departure ? My gut is Leon booted him .

Who knows? If we did the share price would already be a hell of a lot higher. People getting in now are getting a better deal than me that's for sure but that is investing for you.

Not underwater shevvers, down a round a mill on paper. Yes I sold around a mill at 6+. I have bought a few back recently. It us high time folks stopped making excuses for.the shockingly poor performance of the share price That is how we get a return on investment until dividends get announced.

Right, my work is done for the day, holding back the share price single-handed, despite today's fantastic RNS. I will leave y'all with one question. When are we going to get an RNS that excites the sp?

Froggers. How would paying attention to your nitpicking mean that we would not be so underwater? I thought you were underwater anyway. maybe you sold some/a lot at 6p but that would not be a significant difference. People have to make a decision, stay or go (or possibly trade) the latter has only lost me money and at this point going would most likely do the same. Not happy, who is but in all the pessemism the good points are being overlooked.

No I am not Undie. Reynolds has been in post for 12 months. How is him leaving a good thing? If folks paid more attention to my nitpicking they would not be so under water here..management must be questioned.
