I don't understand what's going on here. Subject to the usual caveat about the accuracy of the advfn computer in identity buys and sells we seem to be having an avalanche of sells, some quite substantial, day after day but the share price rises albeit by a minuscule amount.I can only assume there must be a big off market buyer hoovering up the Fidelity shares. It could even be an intra Fide fund adjustment but how come off market deals are allowed in the first place?

But surely a share price consistantly tanking, over a 3 year period, from 22p to 4.9p, with no obvious explantion, should be a massive red flag, for any sane investor? And the best part is there is more of the same to come. Dilution, delivery shortfalls, smoke and mirrors with figures and plenty of snake oil on offer.

Massive Red Flag this . The Company also wishes to announce that Neal Reynolds has informed the Board of his resignation as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to pursue a new opportunity. Neal will leave Jubilee after publication of the Company's Annual Results, which are targeted for release during the week of the 30 September 2024.
